About the "one hand free" thing: I think it's because any two-handed weapon can be held in one hand. Taking the second hand off the handle for defense, then back on for offense, makes sense (at least to me). Also, mechanically, it'd suck not getting this feature just for choosing a quarterstaff as a monk.
Love the rowdy, I have a rowdy archer with the azata path. azata you can choose the speed superpower which is a permanent haste spell. with a good speed longbow i get 5 attacks per round and almost every one does sneak damage which makes it 45-65 damager per shot - you can do 250 per round - its a great build choice for dps
Frankly, I do think he had a unique voice... and a lot of bottled rage (as a half Irish Scorpio male, I know a bit about that myself) I also think he had massive potential as a credible actor. For whatever reason, it didn't really pan but from what I saw of him playing against Jet Li; a lot of potential to be more sage than some might've taken him for. I do feel it's a shame how things went for him and his career. Not usually my style of music, but Rough Riders is probably one of my spirit animal's songs. Casper's less visible, transluscent cousin or not. Eh, the trickster's a fair folk stereotype. I tend to avoid it, even though I can't call it cultural appropriation, since it's mine lmao. (I can be roguish in rl well enough - I'd rather be the straight up "can't touch this" build. Whether I can do it too legit to rage quit, or not. Nope, I don't look good in parachute pants and I can't dance with no shoes on endlessly; but basically every set of "normal" sized jeans are parachute pants to me. Have a good day man, fun build : )

The important thing about Rowdy's Vital Strike is that they get Vital Force, which adds 2d6 of precision damage per 1d6 of sneak dice.

Azata's do not regularly engage in criminal activity. Even as an adult DMX was in and out of prison. Trickster is correct for him.
I wish vital strike worked on kineticists and archers...
Archers do have clustered shot for full attacks.
I thought Owlcat updated Vital Strike so it would work with archers?
