I have a couple of cavities in my wisdom teeth that have gotten lighter after three days, listening three times a day. I use the other one to whiten teeth too. Also this really does help with hypominerilization, as the overly-white spots on my teeth are fading. This healed a very small chip I had on an incisor as well. I never, ever use fluoride and brush with baking soda instead. I think I might just have a vitamin deficiency or something. It definitely takes more than just brushing twice a day to get healthy teeth.
You need to ensure that your teeth are getting the right vitamins including calcium, magnesium, vitamin a, d, e and k2. Additionally certain foods that boost collagen help like bone broth...although that might not be suitable if you are vegetarian/vegan. Use fluoride if the baking soda is not doing enough. Its bad for your body/brain for the same reason it is good for your teeth. I want to thank Akuo for this amazing subliminal. I didn't listen to it too much(just for 2 or 3 days at first-I can't remember exactly) and I got good results. I mean only what I was interested in. I had a pain on one of my teeth and after I listened to it a few times,the pain disappeared. I listened a bit more and then I stopped. I think my teeth started growing(those from the back of my mouth which hadn't grown yet) and yesterday one of them was hurting and my gum was swollen. So I listened to the subliminal for a few times(I think one hour) and the pain magically disappeared and the gum was better. Now it is a bit swollen but that's really fine. I've been brushing my teeth more often with no excuses since listening. So update: I tried this for like 3 days before my dentist appointment. I have a couple of cavities in my wisdom teeth that have gotten lighter after three days, listening three times a day. I use the other one to whiten teeth too. Also this really does help with hypominerilization, as the overly-white spots on my teeth are fading. This healed a very small chip I had on an incisor as well. I never, ever use fluoride and brush with baking soda instead. I think I might just have a vitamin deficiency or something. You need to ensure that your teeth are getting the right vitamins including calcium, magnesium, vitamin a, d, e and k2. Use fluoride if the baking soda is not doing enough. Its bad for your body/brain for the same reason it is good for your teeth. Thats why americans tend to have the whitest and healthiest teeth, their water has fluoride and many people use mouthwash everyday. At the very least use a fluoride toothpaste.

I want to thank Akuo for this amazing subliminal. I didn't listen to it too much(just for 2 or 3 days at first-I can't remember exactly) and I got good results. I mean only what I was interested in. I had a pain on one of my teeth and after I listened to it a few times,the pain disappeared. I listened a bit more and then I stopped. I think my teeth started growing(those from the back of my mouth which hadn't grown yet) and yesterday one of them was hurting and my gum was swollen. So I listened to the subliminal for a few times(I think one hour) and the pain magically disappeared and the gum was better. Now it is a bit swollen but that's really fine.

I have very weak teeth, each dentist control they are telling me I have cavities and it won’t stop. I’ve repaired 15 cavities atm and last week the dentist told me i have an inflammation in my gum on the left upper side. In August I have to remove the inflammation by a root canal treatment. It’s really painful and tiring to get my teeth done. I hope this works! ❤️

I've been brushing my teeth more often with no excuses since listening. Before maybe once a day , now definitely 3 times a day with gum massages, feels great, no growth but I'm thinking it will take years for me to be aesthetic and symmetrical.
