As someone who worked on the game (I sourced the artwork for most of the cards in the base game), its great to see it getting support and coverage!

Stupid question, but how many of these games are out?
I know there is the original one (Normandy). But there also is Pacific, North Africa and Italy despite them not beeing at the DVG Store?
Is there a sperate map for Korea?
Can I play the Eastern Front on the Normandy Map or do I need an base game?

There are currently seven Warfighter core sets available. The four WWII core sets as seen in the thumbnail, PMC, Shadow War, and Fantasy. Vietnam has completed its Kickstarter and will probably be out sometime next spring or summer.
The WWII core sets are Europe, Pacific, North Africa, and Mediterranean.
Yes. Although DVG no longer has it available because they never sold. The plan for DVG is to have high-resolution photos available for a small price so you can make your own map.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Eastern Front", but all the WWII core sets can be played on whatever map you want. They are functionally the same, but each are artistically unique.

@@SeekOutandPlay I only own the Europe basegame: So to play US vs. Japan, I just need to buy the Japan expansion packs instead of the Pacific base game?
I ask because I heard that there are some new rules in Pacific, but I dont know if there are any exclusive cards needed for it.

@@ltheisen3327 The universal rules will have everything that the Pacific core set introduced.
But you will need to purchase the Pacific core set because the Action & Event decks are different compared to the Europe one. While the Action deck is rather close, the events are substantially different.
I understand that buying a core set is more expensive compared to a single expansion. But you do get the right action deck, event deck, and an appropriate map and counters for that theater of war.
As a former Magic: tG player, I understand the difficulties in having to buy a LOT of new things. But I can say that with any of the core sets that if I never bought anything else I'd still could play for YEARS without growing tired of it.

@@SeekOutandPlay Thank you for explaining this. I assume the same goes for North Africa.

@@ltheisen3327 You assume correctly, it is true for all the core sets.
