Dan Morgan and the new regime took a different approach this offseason by signing their "big-name" players on the OL in Robert Hunt and Damien Lewis to further add size and production to the position. After giving up an abysmal 62 sacks last season, this new looked OL look to turn the perception of the group around early in the 2024 season. You also have to think about the new offensive line coach (Joe Gilbert) who was able to make Tampa Bays offensive line a lot better than it was supposed to be last year. He’s another reason to be excited about the oline as he should have these guys ready and hopefully help Icky stay consistent. And if Icky just can’t stay consistent, Yosh Nijman is great insurance. Canales’ scheme will also make the oline look way better because of how run heavy it is. Great vid nonetheless!

Absolutely💯 I also think this is one of the few lines we’ve had in a while that have guys naturally great run blockers like ickey and Damien Lewis not to mention Robert hunt is great in both pass pro and run pro. The addition of Yosh Nijman and some young guys that are capable backups has me thinking this position can be one of if not the best position this year on offense but we’ll see.
