You are truly one-of-a-kind card creator among the hundreds of card creators on UA-cam.
I think I can say without hesitation that you are the ONLY truly CREATIVE card maker who doesn’t rely on the latest stamps or dies or ink pad color to come up with the most unique and wonderful designs and creations. You even draw your own design elements like this pen and ink background demonstrated today, and it’s easy enough that anyone can do it. I’ve never seen any other card maker do this.
While most card makers’ card designs are starting to look a little old, stale, and repetitive - because, let’s face it: there are only so many butterfly, bee, dragonfly, flower, and fern stamps and dies that one can use - yours are always fresh and new using old stamps, dies, colors, etc.
I think the other card makers serve a useful purpose by demonstrating the newest dies, stamps, and other crafting tools that manufacturers come out with. But for sheer creativity with beautiful results, you have them beat hands down!
Zen doodling! I've never seen it used on a card before, but wow! This is totally awesome looking! Bravo!!!
Oh, Natasha! Sometimes I have no words to describe my delight at learning something from you and watching your cards come together. That background! I said right out loud, “That’s really somethin’’,” to no one but myself. You make me believe even I could draw! Thank you for sharing your endless talents with us! 💕🌸⚫️
These are so cute! The first one looks like a thick ponytail with elastic in between! ❤
Hi. It brings to mind a basket of yarn or embroidery thread all squashed in together. Such a fun effect and very versatile as so many different patterns are possible and suitable for so many different occasions. The card is really eye-catching and I think I'll try experimenting with this regarding various colours, inks and paints. Thank you for sharing this super video and have a great weekend.
You could create the most amazing coloring books for people! A bunch of black and whites making up a book to color- I would buy it!
This would be a great background to make when the family is all watching a show and you have a doodle pad handy. Have a play around with different patterns and then you’d have several ready next time you can get to your card space. Love it! It would be cute in heart shapes and a red pen too❤
op
Tour Job is really beatifull
❤
So talented! I've watched you now for quite some time & you never run out of ideas! Your cards are ALWAYS beautiful! It's smart to have those extra sentiments or whatever item it may be! I do that now & love the fact I have a grab & go box to where I can throw a nice looking card together in just a couple minutes.
Makes me feel like I've done something highly creative & fulfilling without breaking a sweat. Definitely brings a smile to my heart.
You Amaze me Natasha .the way you produce a beautiful background with just a pen and paper . Thank you for sharing your creative mind x
So simple, but truly effective as a unique background! Love this technique Natasha. Thank you for giving my creativity another nudge!
Beautiful, and classy as always. Loving what you did there Tash. Gorgeous card. Like the new music too. N.💖
Hey Natasha! Wow! I love Zentangle! I never would have thought to use it in a card! It's so beautiful! TFS Hugs!
Love to watch you create you are so very talented. That type of art is called zen tangle. It’s beautiful and fun to create. Definitely relaxing. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Natasha 🖐 from Kentucky USA!
Awesome design work. 👍
Love your Cool background. This card is
Soooo inspiring and different. TFS!
Happy Crafting ✂️
God Bless You and Keep You Safe 🙏
Your cards beauty is in the simplicity. Another great idea. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
I LOVE the die cut leaf with the gold outline. Beautiful!
I really like the black and white background! So cool! Happy crafting
Wow! The combination of Zentangle-esque black and white pattern and colourful die cut is really striking. Just FYI, The Zentangle type patterns aren't terribly difficult to shade just with a graphite pencil and paper stump (or Cottonbud) to blend out the harsh edges.
Love the card & “optical illusion” technique! TYFS Natasha! ❤
Gone for Gold definitely!❤
Zentangle drawing! Love it!
This is the best and easiest card making tutorial that I have seen. You're not pushing products down our throats, just showing what works and how it works. I subscribed.
The leaf makes the card stand out. Amazing job! Thank you Natasha!
What a fun technique! I liked it when you had just done the first ‘string’, but then it got even better. Definitely something to share with my younger crafty students.
What a fun technique! It really looks 3D and so interesting. Thank you for sharing.
You are a remarkable artist! Your designs are amazing! Always a treat to watch them to start as just an idea to a finished design❤💜
Just amazing! Thanks for a beautiful unique card Natasha
I love this idea, never thought of using all the Zentangles I draw to put on cards. I'm also going to draw some on blended ink backgrounds too. 😊 Thank you so much for for another fantastic idea.
WOW!!! Natasha, You are amazing!! So very creative!! Thanks so much for sharing!!
Love it!! It sure does look like an optical illusion!! I was thinking pumpkins!
I see I’m not alone with the heart idea. Good thinking Donna.
Another winner! I fabulous card. ❤❤❤
Amazing! Looking at the final card, I would never have believed that background was hand drawn if I hadn't watched you do it. Lovely card!
At first, I thought you were just doing some zentangle, but then I saw what you did with! Awesome. I'm going to go back through some of the zentangle sheets I've done and see if I can add something pretty to them! Save me some time with my Galentines Card!
Beautiful. Thank You for sharing your talent. Peace and happiness from the UK. 🇬🇧🕊️🕊️🕊️
What a beautiful card and they are so achievable .
Hi Natasha, You are an Genius the way you done your Background I absolutely loved it thank you so much for taking the time to share very much appreciated 👍❤️🙂
More ideas for my black & white pattern papers. TFS 🙏🥰
Great card. Love that you don’t have a million bells a whistles yet your cards are so creative and beautiful.
This background to me also looks like an extreme close up of knitting stitches which has given me some ideas to use it in different ways ❤️
I would love to see what you create.
The contrast of the black and white with the green and gold looks very elegant!
Your creativity is absolutely wonderful!
Very nice cards. Thanks so much Natasha. 😊🇨🇦
Very cool Natasha!!!
Just wow. How do you make it look so simple
This reminds me of spiral drawing. Just love it. Thanx for creativity and the ideas
Wow, that hand drawn black & white background is stunning - you really do make it look so easy. Loving the hint of colour with the leaf 🌻🌻
Chef's kiss (as Amy R says) just lovely!
Great job on the background Natasha. At first I was asking what is she doing? But then I'm like, WOW!! I love it. Really pretty card. Thank you
The leaf is stunning
Awesome! This is a fantastic technique! Another winner!
Beautiful card x ❤
Wow, gorgeous and classy.
Natasha, once again, a WINNER! The repetitive drawing is relaxing & reminds me of Zentangles.
This is now on my to-do list! TFS!
My thought too! Very relaxing for me.
Love this!! Super fun! Thank you!!
So very clever, you are truly amazing 🤩
Hello Natasha, another fantastic way to make a card. I love how you use tangles for your card! I keep forgetting to “think outside the box” Thank you fot another great tutorial. 😊
What a great video! I have never had the courage to try Zentangling because I've rarely seen it done from start to finish like your video shows--thanks to you, I'm going to give it a try. I think what really helped me is that when I see a finished piece, I tend to just see it all--and it all looks perfect and, therefore, beyond my ability. But you showed how some lines are not quite exactly the same, are not perfect. But you're done, the viewer just sees the whole perfect-looking piece. I'm really excited to give this a try! Thank you so much!
That is a beautiful card! Love how you put it all together. 😍
What a stunning card Natasha. I just know you made the doodles look too easy!! Thank you.
The background shapes look like gooseberries to me when you put the green leaf die on the card! The leaf is a gorgeous colour. Another great card! 👑👍
Love the card! Your pen drawing is so cool! I can't wait to try it! TFS!
When you drew the first one, I thought of a poppy seed pod. Also reminds me of the "psychedelic" doodles I made MANY years ago in my notebook margins.
Your creativity always impresses me, Natasha. It was so cool to see the circles form to create an interesting background. Using the paint for the foiled look was brilliant … lovely card! ❤️🇨🇦
You always have the best ideas….I love looking at your videos…..thank you❤️
Love this card, it’s so unique!!
I loved your instructions for the optical illusion - there are so many ways that everyone will be able to use it. Thank you for the inspiration!
Love love LOVE this card❣️🤗
What a beautiful card! And what a cool idea to make that background!! Thank you, Natasha. I love your videos!!💜
Fabulous card Natasha! Thank you for sharing
Zentangle is the technical term and you did a fantastic job!! Beautiful
Very clever Tash. Love your ideas.
The pattern is brilliant for sublimation pen projects!
What a great card Natasha. I used to do this drawing activity with my class when I was teaching but would never have thought to use it in cardmaking.
Very pretty; and again, lots of wonderful hints and tips casually dropped in! 😉😉 Said it before, I'll say it again, I learn so much from your videos!
So creative….and lovely!!!!
I absolutely love the drawing (optical illusion). You picked the perfect accent with the gold leaf! I must try this! Thank you!
Another great idea, Natasha! Thanks!
how fun! thinking space the balls on single line..string of lights! also we could change the curved lines to angular, like squares, or even ripply..such an awesome finish this one here is though, thank you
This card is so pretty. I love that background illusion technique...definitely going to try it. Thanks! :)
Hi Natasha. Wow, wow, wow! This card is STUNNING! I love the leaf and the repetitive pattern, creating the black and white background. Amazingly creative. TFS. God bless you and your family. 🌿🤗🩵

Absolutely love that background Natasha tfs 😊
Beautiful card Natasha
Really neat background technique! Very creative.
Fascinating! I love this. I had been seeing cards like this posted but couldn't find the link. Such a fun background. I can see this maybe as flowers.
Loving this as I do most of your work! Reminds me of balls of yarn…need a kitty die cut! Thanks for sharing your talent and inspiration…much appreciated.
Very cool, love the pen background and the gold paste is such a cool idea! Thanks Natasha for the inspiration!!
Great idea, beautiful card.
Wow and Wow!! I love the lined background with the green and gold foreground leaf. Striking!
Sooooo lovely, Natasha ❣️❣️❣️
Great ideas! I especially loved told myself it’s ok to be that way!
Love how you used the pen and designed your own background. As you say..."I'll give it a go!"
Absolutely beautiful 🥰❤️❤️
Cool technique! Love it in just black and white! We did a variation of this back in art glass where you basically just scribble lines with no rhyme or reason and then fill the spaces in with color!
I learned that sometime in grade school, and it came back to me recently while at a restaurant with my grandson. I created the scribble, and then he thought it was fun filling it in. Pretty cool results from some simple techniques!
