It feels like a premium supplemental light. If this light had twice the power it would be perfect. RIght now i have 2 Prime 16 on a 20 gallon tank, i don't see myself replacing it for 4 XHO.

If I wasn't so heavily invested in the GHL ecosystem I'd be giving Hydros a hard look. I have the Wave engine with the Icecap 4K gyres.

I just want them to make a Sole +1. Which is the Sole with a PH probe for kalkwasser dosing using the ACI method

I wouldn't rely on a pH probe to dose kalkwasser.

What do you mean "white lights grow coral and blues are just for looks"? Everything I've read said that most corals grow best under blue,. violet and red light, as white light is filtered out by the sea water. Are you saying everying we've been told about lighting for corals is wrong? I also don't understand your comments about hallides. 20k Halides are also tuned for blue and red spectrums, they are not white like you seem to believe even though they look white to the eye. It's also been shown for decades now that a mix of white and blue Fluorescent lamps are just as effective as halides. What scientific study proves the design of your new lights that you are discussing?
