How do you obtain a copy of the I-129 petition? The embassy requires me to bring a copy but USCIS says the usually send it to NVC and don't normally send back a copy to the petitioner. We only received the notice pf approval.😓
i applied in austrilia couple of months ago for student visa in diploma and got rejected in migration act and i am again re applying for aus but at the same time i have also applied for usa...i want to know in usa visa interview if the officer asked me about have u applied in any other universities or how may i20 ,,..do i have to mention about aus rejection and re apply ...or simply i can say this is my first i 20 ,,,do the visa officer of usa will have information about my aus re applying

I am not firmer visa officer and w/o being so I know tgey have computerized system to keep records of previous appl.
You said the visa officer might not even care to look at your evidence of relationship, why is that? You spent time to gather them - photos, messages, itinerary, hotel reservations, etc. just to prove that the relationship is legit. What if the fiancée or fiancé being petitioned cannot express her or himself properly because he or she cannot speak English so well so it will spoil the legit relationship, poor couple who is really in love and wanted to spend the rest of their lives together, I think that's not fair 😢
