You are quite right. The body of Christ has not come to the revelation regarding trauma, abuse and counselling for recovery . Certain messages have not been preached to help people to recover from abuse, trauma, alcohol and drug addicts .

On abuse, Apostle keeps mentioning 3- sexual, verbal and emotional. What about physical abuse? Merciless bearings, rubbing pepper in private parts and sensitives eyes, etc... I thought it was an omission in the first part of this series, but this is the third part and he still hasn't included it. Physical abuse is the first and prime abuse children face in some homes.
@Nja4real There are verbally abusive parents who won't lay a finger on you but will destroy you with their tongue. Same with emotional abusers. I don't think physical abuse underpins all the other abuses. It should stand alone and it's usually the more prevalent abuse.

I noticed that too but I think physical abuse is underpinned by all 3 he mentioned. However, I agree he should have mentioned it specifically.
Physical abuse causes an emotional toll on someone maybe he categorized it differently…
Physical abuse is often an expression of all the abuses he mentioned. Physical abuse should be a series on its own.
