GTA : Vice City Rage Gameplay on HIGH settings

This is a modification, that will bring you back to Vice City of 80's, but on this time it will be on GTA IV (RAGE) engine.
they're planning to make a conversion of Vice City (including transport, atmosphere, weapons).
We hope you'll enjoy it, when it will be released.

Mowgli909 I was just saying that if Vice City was more about the era and atmosphere, and MIchael talks more about how he enjoyed the 80's. That would justify him as a protagonist in GTA VI-ce City. If its in Vice City.

MythicMage it wouldn't be that great since it was implied he wasn't involved in anything more than petty crime before GTA V's first mission. He probably didn't live in Vice City either, since he was probably in Yankton instead.

I think that this mod needs gta 4 EFLC because the animation of tommy looks like louis in gta 4 EFLC

if you have a problem with infnitey loading or graphics make a txt called ) command line.txt write in it -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -availablevidmem 100.0
these words but make sure you click on space button 2 times
