I have the classic white and black heel. Got at a good deal from Farfetch last year. But now I see they’ve increased prices by about 70€. I love my pair, wear them a lot. Once broken in, they’re super comfortable and the leather is absolutely brilliant. I went true to size and wear them with thicker socks so the tongue won’t hurt my feet. Great review btw :)

"Super comfortable"? What? Go try a pair of ultra boost and then report back. The only comfort you get from these is the foam insole. Right below it is hard, firm wood (tf?) and then, of course, the large mid- and outsole, that resembles plastic more than it does rubber. The comfort is between tolerable and fine at best.

I rock a fresh pair of Mcqueen sneakers right of the box like Air Force 1s with no problem, I don't have the stiff problem. And unlike Air Force 1 they last.
how was the sizing compared to the forces? i’m buying a pair and i have a pair of forces i have a size seven but they fit like perfect on me so should i get 40 or 40.5 for the mcqueens?
@jason if you have slim feet, go true to size, but if your flat foot go up half a size

@Ruth yes, it should fit. I have wide feet, and I wear a 10.5 in AF1, and I wear an 11 in Mcqueen

There's literally no point in complaining about the price because they are designer brands and people who wear designer don't really care about the prices and if you wanna wear a $50 shoe then you would look like someone who wears a $50 shoes

Just bought a pair new $399 from Rue La La, and was so annoyed that when I first put them on they weren't immediately comfortable. This review and reading comments, I think I might keep them.
Any tips on breaking them in? Those are the most uncomfortable shoes i ever got! Love the look but hate the fit😢

I have McQueens that I've had for 3+ years and they're still uncomfortable. Of course I don't wear them all the time but u would think they would get better over time. I bought them for the look and I suffer thru the pain bcz I have to get some wear out of them for the amount I spent
Yes it's true. I've had so many leather shoes, they are really solid and hard. 😅 Need to wear it more so it will soften and be comfortable. I also love my AF1. Actually what matters, the quality of shoe is great + you love em.
My front thumb is not comfortable, is it the same for you?
I have 2 pairs, and they are uncomfortable for the first couple of wears they really hurt my feet where my bone is for my big toe if that makes sense. They are clean good quality shoes though.
Do they stretch? I am literally between 2 sizes of them (37,5 and 38 in the sneakers themselves), I don’t know which size to pick 😩
@@stieneminne super hard to stretch because the material is super sturdy but you maybe try a 38 or even go to a store if that’s a possibility
Are they better after the first couple of wears? Honestly after the second wear(lots of walking), I was in actual pain, and was ready to take them off and fo barefoot..

When I bought them, I bought men’s size 8. Which is a size down because 9 was massive, and 8 fit perfectly, but as my feet were a bit swollen at the time, they fit perfect, but now they don’t. So I’ve had them sitting around for ages lol

There is stitching that dig into the first joint of the big toe. They’re excruciating to wear.
I just got the all black pair from Cettire, and I wore them two times. I had the same problem, 2 time I wore them foot was in pain.

@@EE41 I wear a size 10.5. I went with a size 44 which is a size 11. I recommend going up a half size. They feel a tad bit better. I had to end up wearing thinner socks and I wasn't wearing athletic socks to begin with. I was wearing Stance socks. I say they feel a tad bit better. They are not fully broken in though. It seems like it takes awhile to fully break them in. I bought them for my son, went a half size as well. He said they don’t feel as comfortable as he would like.
