Rcb actually has always lost in the playoffs cuz of their batting and not bowling. While bowling could've been better in some instances, it was always the batting that faltered in crunch situations. 3:30

Not true. GT won a few times batting first this season. Won against MI and CSK off the top of my head. I think the issue is that dew factor becomes more prominent as the tournament goes on.

Nothing staggering about it. RCB is a spineless team with spineless management. Remove them from the trophy contention list forever and let Kohli retire this year only. He is only making a mockery of himself now.
But people are forgetting two runs of Mumbai where they started winning after 6-7 matches and ended by winning the ipl both the times. Rcb was great with the comeback no offense but Mumbai did it two times earlier, so it was not just that a team did it for the first time.

Ashwin's spell taken the game away from RCB yesterday. RCB has lost the game during 6 to 10overs in the first innings.
Both king kohli and green allow Ashwin to settle easily. He bowled really well with variations. He became mystery spinner yesterday. He bowled that middle leg deliveries really well against right handers.
Sending Green at no.3 not making sense yesterday. When you know that opposition has two best quality spinners. Should've sent in Patidar or Maxi would've been a different story yesterday. Both are clean hitters and good against spin.
Missed the trick by RCB. After a good start in the powerplay. Should've scored 200 easily yesterday. Batting becomes easier once the ball gets old. Kohli's wicket gives RR believe to win.
The same mistake was done in Jaipur also this year. Not playing well against Ashwin.
Right handers struggled against off spinners rare in white ball cricket.
Really very sad to see end the season like this for RCB. Would've been their year if yesterday they won.

why not?? Look I'm not a guy that loves Pakistan in any Sense of the word. I hate them. But from a pure cricketing talent, on paper they may look a decent side, but they do have new talent like Saim Ayub, Azam Khan, and they have bought Imad wasim as all rounder , and they have Amir. If they come out all guns blazing and have luck they can win. Eg last WC, they beat a strong SA and had luck. Then they beat NZ and gave a tough fight. They're not to be looked at like a regular team with parameters like bilateral form

It's not news that RCB are not winning the IPL nor is it heartbreaking. The simple reason is that they have not invested in a match winning fast bowler and a match winning spinner. These so called experts can't see beyond their nose. They can't upset RCB management or Virat Kohli by stating the obvious. This team has even let bowlers like Chahal and Harshal Patel go.
Bowlers win you the tournaments and Batsmen wins you the matches. This is an apt for RCB...
