After buying a new pump pull it apart and re-assemble it with anti-seize on every fastener you lay your eyes on (Including the impeller thread or shaft and keyway). Without it you'll try to replace the mechanical seal 10 years down the track and you won't be able to get the impeller off. That's assuming you'll also be able to get the cover screws off to see the impeller.

Hi. My pump switch on for 30 sec and turns off for 2 sec and it turns on again for 30 sec and off for 2 sec. It keeps going like that. No leaks are detected as I installed a shut off valve exactly after the pressure switch. Can you help me to solve this problem pls. Thank you.

Pump is installed between rain water harvesting tank and washing machine. Pump starts fine, lets water into machine, then of course it stops when the machine starts washing, so up to there it works perfectly. However, when the washing machine reaches the rince cycle, ir needs to refill with water and then the pump does not send any water through. What am i missing, please?

It used to auto work every time we one the tap but today I noticed that it is not working or lifting water to the secondary tank. However, when I push the release button on the pump it sounds working for 5-10 seconds but then turns silent. I am puzzled of what could be the case of this as the router in the pumps core looks rotating but the pump is not lifting water :(

I have exactly the same problem. I've only used my pump 1 x and now, the light stays on failure and will not change. You can hear when the power is on as it makes that soft noise. I've checked that the water from the jojo runs, that the tap is open position. I've made sure that the pump tap itself is open, and I've taken off the hose section to get water to flow through the pump but it will not. I've also made sure that I can gently rotate the fins (after spraying them with Q20 in the beginning of my exercise.

my pump has a water leakage which is shooting water from the tiny hole on top of the pump, how can i fix it ?
Same here. The pump has a water leakage and I made a big mistake of opening it and now there is no pressure at all.
