I suggest you get yourself a Shargeek (now Sharge) power bank, a model like the 100 (although a bit on the expensive side) would help you immensly with your laptop, especially after the switch-back to windows (I would love to hear your thoughts and comments on that).

love this vlog!! i want to go to ubc for computer science :) any tips?
My biggest tip for applying UBC is have a strong personal profile that shows a well rounded student that has both academic and extracurricular achievements! You don't choose your major until after your first year but you can always take the required cs classes :)

Hi sarah, how is bachelors in computer science in UBC? Is the Univeristy more into startups and innovations?
And lastly, do u think studying bsc in computer science at UBC worth it?
Hi! I wouldn't know too much about the startup side of things. But I do think a bach in cs is worth it, it gives you the opportunity to meet other like minded people and gives you direction to your learning!

UBC has amazing buildings with a lot of things to do, I want to apply , any advice ?
It is a beautiful campus! My advice for you application is to start early and apply early, I think early admission due somewhere around November. It's been a while since I took a look at my application but from what I remember I mentioned the extracurriculars I was doing outside of school that ranged from academic, athletic and volunteer work. Goodluck :)
