      it's how he is built. His hip structure is different from anyone. You can say It's his natural given talent

    Having followed you for a couple of years, I'm not surprised you took the decision to go back to self coaching. When you started working with Mike/RTS I wondered if that made sense given you seemed to quite like self coaching etc.

    Did you photoshop the mask on to your face? How can you lift so much weight while breathing in your OWN CO2? Even worse, it was covering your nose instead of resting on your chin. I don't think that is humanly possible.

    wearing a medical totally useless mask during heavy lifting.... you must be afraid of getting enough oxygen. you like to collapse because of a lack of oxygen?
