Your Walmart probably doesn't offer those dollars deals, if the stealing is insane in that area. You have to go out to the boonies for those crazy deals
I have several Walmarts in my area they all trash 🙄🙄 ppl stay stealing messing up my good deals 😤

Old Navy been on the decline. But their holding on for dear life.
