"HOW TO FILM ON A GOPRO"
2:05 holds a 2.5k equipment
That looks like it's worth marginally more than that even
@@Unluckyladsince 2.5K might buy the camera body, haha.
Super helpful and awesome content! It can be overwhelming with the amount of options you have to choose from. For someone who hasn't been doing this for very long, I found each tip very useful. Looking forward to practicing each one of these methods on the snow
I‘ve been waiting for sth like this for such a long time, thank you!
I love your tutorials so much and they gave me the courage to try to do tricks on the rail so thanks so much for that. I would love to see some more tricks specifically on the rail and also would love to see some more vlogs.
Been looking for this video for so long and I’m glad it was so perfectly informative

2:05 on a "gopro" :)
Thanks for making this. Need to get me a Karma grip.
Thank you so much for this amazing Video!!!
But one question: How did you colour grade your footage? Which LUT do you use?
Thanks a lot :)
Great video- thanks! Will be using this advise on my next strip trip in January! I've just brought a drone as well..maybe you could make a video on using drones for ski videos?
Thanks, great tips!!!
Such an awesome helpful video
Tack så mycket!
Line Blend FTW!!!
Do more of these I love your filming style dudes! Keep shredding all of you!
Thank you and maybe we will :)
Stomp It Tutorials also do you think there is a way for me to film follow cam with a phone with high resolution?
Sure. Video making is more about story and fun than what gear you use. Maybe get a DJI gimbal for the phone and you will get steady shots :)
Stomp It Tutorials thanks man! Getting stoked winter is right around the corner
Makes perfect sense!
Very nice tutorial ;)
Do more like this. I liked it.
People shouldn’t get super tied up in all the color grade/fps/best camera to get. The “coolness” of the end shot will depend more on the dopeness of the trick. Besides that I’d say the other super solid tip would be to “get your hands on a nice stiff long pole”
Your last comment is so right .......but now I use velcro from a roll as well.
You know what will get fixed together and it removes the stickyness afterwards. If you see me I have the backpack with the 7m thick velcro roll.
Gr8 vid thanks....
great video! (again) thanks
These are great make more of them
Great vid
You and your crew do a grouse job I get so much out of your videos .
What editing software do you guys used, u guys are are great and this video was very helpful thanks so much

Rune Hansen Laax/Switzerland
Great video
Sick vid🤙🏽 a possible future video, you could do a tutorial on tips for skiing Big powder and how to improve your big mountain skiing?
Yes I can or something about powder skiing for sure :)
Stomp It Tutorials that would be sweet dude, love all of the content big time
Very nice man
Most helpful video on youtube
Cool!
VERY EASY tricks on skis
Do more of these like how to do a self edit in the pow with the go pro pole
really loved it I'll be sure to sure use your tips but I'm not entirely sure about the settings....
Nice job dear friends!
Very nice shots!
Maybe i could do the Follow cam aswell... but i dont have friends they can do this tricks! xD
Please do more like this
Tack så mycket ses nästa gång! 😂😂😂😂
What video editing software do you and Danny use? Good video btw.
Could you make a video on choosing right freestyle skis and boots?
Excellent. Just have a cheap action camera and only used couple of times. This helps the learning curve....two questions...1 How about a chest strap to stabilize.? 2. Is the slo mo you show in this video from reg speed done while editing? And last observation..your pole is longer than mine!!😬😜
Now that the GoPro hero 7 and 8 are out with Beez kneez hyper smooth you don't need a gimbal. But I might still get the "stick thing" for skiing. 👍
Well done, get tips
Part 2!!
Awesome video!! How about the best setting for Hero 5 Black?
Great video. What would you recommend on filming your self.
helpful :)
Where was this filmed? It looks gorgeous!
It's Flims/Laax, Switzerland.
I think a really good tip is to also say: Make 10 videos where you go shoot, cut it down and edit and by then you'll get a feel... like.. Don't expect your first or your second or your first 10 tries to turn out great or uploadable. Like with sending a trick. First you gotta eat shit a few times before you land it.
Also being brutal. Realizing that you need to cut away 95% of what you film. If it isn't perfect then delete from disc straight away. Accept that not all shoot days give enough footage to make a video.
It was nice
wait a minute I remember you you got me into skiing 2 years ago lol
For real? How come?🤟
@@StompItTutorials I actually just got some brand new boots and skiis and the epic pass, IM PUMPED! We are looking at a basic gopro rig for recording better footage but we have a really old gopro hero 2, we are looking for one of those selfie sticks that can rotate the gorpo on the end. Know of any??
Where is this recorded? Looks amazing!
solid video! what editing software do you use?
Great tips, any chance to get my hands on your LUT that you used on the gopro ? Ooh and also another thing about filming with gopros... if you put them on your helmet the shots get supersteady... downside is that you can't look where you are going...
I see how you land those jums. And i was wondering if i need freestyle skis to land backward??
I think that you should do a totorial on switch 540’s and switch 720’s
Hello boss and happy holidays! I was going on a ski trip this week and I am filming with the go pro hero 8 as well. any tips on what sd card and what mounting device I should use? Truly appreciate the help thank you.
"Nice stiff one like this" and the instant "Thats what she said" laugh :D
could you do a video on your colorgrading?
can you pls do a tutorial on how to ski switch?
Cool tips! What fps do you export your video at?
Hey Jens, good work on the videos. Just had my first time skiing and your videos helped alot. Iwas just wondering why are the ski poles necessary. As far as i can work out only to help with moving on flat ground. is there a different reaso to use poles?
Balance, turns, edges, carving. Many advanced concepts that most beginners haven't run into yet which is probably why you couldn't figure it out. They also make you look rad.
Which software do you use to make the footage? Can you do a video about the post production pls?
Could you please do a tutorial on how to ski powder
Love the little detail (Not sure if unintentional) but you ended up standing "taller" than him lol.
I vlearned a lot
