I just want you to know, you, and people like you, such as Alex Roe, are the reason I finally stopped procrastinating and seriously started dedicating myself to learning music as of this past summer. So far i have mastered each "layer" of Gwyn's theme and can play the basic "plin plin plon" melody by heart. So, thank you so much, tbh ❤

What VST specifically are you using in the high strings to get that shimmery, eerie texture (00:37-00:43)
Thank you so much! The string fx there are a mixture of 8DIO's CAGE Strings Edition alongside fx articulations from Spitfire's Chamber Strings.

Great work mate ! Loving that low string section at the beginning, is that from Performance samples ? Hesitating to try it out.
Thank you! The low strings are 4 different libs layered on top of each other but yes Pacific Ens. Strings are in there. Would strongly recommend Performance Samples, everything I've tried from them has been fantastic!

Question! Do you use a set tempo when doing scores like this or more of a auto tempo with the logic feature?
I always set a tempo and 99% of the time hard quantize everything to the grid even for rubato stuff (which will be shown in a future video).
