Its amazing how God could work for the for the good as long as you trust him and believe that anything is possible threw him. The love that you could find in Jesus know one coukd ever take away or separate. God fitness and the church is actually the same. God told you in the bible you have to fast , eat vegetarian, low in meat, rest and fast, pray or mediate and build up relationships with HIM and with others, care for your body, because our body is Gods temple. And where does the Holy Spirit live beside in your body. So when you are clean in your head, you are not tempted to do the wrong things for satan. A strong mind only possible if you have a strong body. You struggle less, mentally or physically when you are in balance and don't suffer from mood swings and for people to handle you or you handle yourself much better when you have to deal with MAJOR stress on a daily basis. With or without the Amen plan, you just need to do the same and getting the same results, we all have to. They have this in Korea and in Japan as well. Actually, the goal is, when you are stronger you can work HARDER.

Fitness and church are two different concepts as church is a house of meditative prayer and spiritual learning while fitness is about improving the conditions of our bodies and minds, even for the irreligious.
The Daniel Plan is not so much about Amen but it is more about Daniel and his friends who were invited to eat with the king and his meals in the OLD testament but they refuse to do that, and they look far more better than the people who ate the kings diet. I find it is hard to always be able to eat healthy, but for sure I DO feel much better and stronger, whenever I succeed to follow the good lifestyle. You can live longer to glorify God.

And we have the obligation to read it ourselves and obey the Holy Scriptures. Don't be so judgmental of God's messengers. We must look at the boulders in our own eyes before we point out the speck in our brother's!!
The Omer is Rev. 6:6, Luke (the doctor) chapter 9. The people are fed. The food is counted before and after the miracle, and then Jesus gave the Omer, the cross of measuring food by an Omer Stone. Luke 9:23 Jesus mentions the cross, and he is not talking the crucifix. He is talking about the scales. He taught people fairness. How many people have been guilty of eating more than anyone else in the house? Of giving a child too much or too little food because of favoritism.
This is such a twisting of scripture. Romans 7.15-17 and then you jump to 24-25, and again to 8.1-2 and then v8 and so it goes on? wheres the bit inbetween? has nothing to do with weightloss!! Read it in context!
