It happened to me before, what I suggest is to change all your important emails and passwords, write them in a paper or smth, cus you might not remember later. If you're in a pc : - Disconnect it from WiFi - Use another device to change emails and passwords - Add phone number to your account And wipe your hard drive (sadly you have to do it, make sure to take the important files) re-install the operating system if phone : just add more security to your account and try Factory Reset.
