I found out about CurseForge and this is one of the first of many modpacks i played and grinded. My only distate is that its on update 1.12 so many and i mean MANY QOL things are inaccesable. That being said this modpack os ridiculously huge. Lets get the cons out of the way Make a warehouse You will be stuffing thousands of items and trying to rummage through everything is a massive pain Imo Do Vanilla Loot Modded Loot Vanilla Armor Modded Armor/Spares Twilight Forest chests Between Land chests Nether End And that wierd beach dimension As well as that dimesional doors dimension too. Con #2 Snowballing If you run into a dungeon crawl dungeon and you successfully use all your starter kit stuffs You will come out of that dungeon beefed up And you'll basically be set for a huge chunk of the gametime For the most part R.A.D plays pretty well, however the first road block for new players will be the new hunger system. Tldr all primary meat kinds must be crafted into skewers which will quintuple their hunger and saturation effects. Step 2: invest ALL xp points into your skill trees, no point in getting into lvl 30, and getting a sharpness 3 sword when you can get +5 sword damage and 20% change to do crits Mining is faster and better Farming is better. And everything gives you xp Step 3 Always exapnd your base, thst starter house will be the bare minimum, you need to either craft a prebuilt warehouse or make one yourself
@@TopothetopYT 1.12.2 is super easy to run, i tried doing R.A.D 2.0 and trying to load over 600+ blocks PER CHUNK Makes my pc load like chunks That and some of the cool things the later updates added arent in the game, like the grindstone and smithing table And copprr Which combined with my loved Crayfish gun mod + additional guns, i can store hundreds of copper for ammunition
Great video I enjoyed that and just so you know there is a sequel called roguelike and adventures and dungeons 2 it's a newer mod pack and a sequel to this one so I recommend you check it out it looks really cool just I'll let you know have a good day stay safe see you soon
what do you mean? Just download this, extract it, and put it in the folder with the forge 1.12.2 server jar named server.jar www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/roguelike-adventures-and-dungeons/files/4022756

See I LOVE 1.12.2, but the QOL always sucks as 1.16.5 and above have more of those available.

‘There are a lot of stuff to explain’
‘I don’t understand how it works, but I’ll kind of explain it’
Yeah, lots of stuff to explain, and I might not fully understand it, but I'll explain it.
Underrated, very good video
