    Landguru I agree that according to increased demand if rising population in Pakistan new houses are not constructing much in number but if we see in every housing society the ratio of builder built brand new houses for sale are much in number as compared to their buyers so thee us oversupply if builder ready to move houses as not everybody could afford brand new ready to move houses

    apke mulk ki property me bht ziada pesa overseas pakistanis ka ata hai jinho ne hold kar rakha hai, economy ki is halat ki waja se. to demand us taran se nahi hogi aglay 3 to 5 years me, agar economy theek nahi hoti.

    Crises. For overseas, Pakistan real estate is a guaranteed net loss investment.
    For locals, the tripple taxation, increase in cost of living and less per head income have stopped from making any investment.😢

    Most of high rise apartment buildings have 1 and 2 bed apartments which can mostly be used for commercial purposes only. They do not meet housing requirements of our society. Moreover we prefer living in a house. Taxes have ruined the real estate sector.

    Off plan development even in Dubai can be scam, depends on whom you deal with. Good video. Oversupply is everywhere, Dubai can be experiencing oversupply too and if overpriced no credible buyers.

    Bro apnay pakistan mai awaam ki buying power ko consider nahi kiya.     میں آپ کے تجزیہ سے متفق ہوں کیونکہ میں نے چائنہ خود ایسی ہی صورتحال دیکھی ہے مثال کے طور پر اگر آپ شاوشنگ سے جیانگژو کی طرف جائیں تو ہائی وے روڈ کے دونوں اطراف کئی سو ہائی رائز بلڈنگ نظر آئیں گی جو کہ رہائش کے لیے بالکل تیار ہیں مگر خریدار کوئی بھی نہیں ہے اور وہاں بلڈنگ دس سے پندرہ فلور نہیں بلکہ تیس سے چالیس فلور پر مشتمل ہوتی ہے
