Mercruiser Bravo Outdrive Fresh Water Flushing, using earmuffs.

In this video I show you how you use flushing earmuffs to flush out your engine and drive leg with fresh water. This helps prolong the life of these units by removing the salt water and sludge that can guild up over time. This is how to run your boat engine out of the water, after servicing or before storing out of the water or dry stack. It will prolong the life of the Outdrive Leg and helps to keep it sludge and corrosion free over time.

Bravo 3 has no water pump impeller in the outdrive ,sea pump on the engine, SMH

Hi 5 minutes warm or cold, it's really just the time needed to ensure the engine has a good flush through of fresh water.
