Hi You did 1 1/2 lb for the Maple Buttermilk bread and 2 lb for the Hawaiian Bread. Don’t understand because bread machine and book instructions say 3 cups of flour is a 1 1/2 lb loaf Please explain. Thanks
I did the 2 lb for the Hawaii bread because when I did the 1 1/2 lb the bread would rise more than I would have liked. May have been environmental. This is what worked for me, you can try baking at 1 1/2 lb loaf. May work good for you. 🙂
