- Join is for this special Tesla Cyber Truck Show and Tell featuring Tesla expert JD Taylor from Poolsville Green. We even have a surprise visit from a 2nd Cyber Truck owned by Alex.
JD is the president of the Maryland Tesla Owners Club and former president of the Mid Atlantic Rivian owners club. We go through the cyber truck in and out as well as drive it. We also make comparisons to the Rivian R1T electric pickup truck. JD has owned both and is uniquely qualified to comment on the features of the Rivian and Cyber Truck. Im tire of these spoiled fanboys showing off the 100k model. Where's the 80k for the rest of normal people. There's a lot of early pre order people that's actually smarter with our money.
I hear you. Tesla feels like they can upcharge for the early models so that's what they are doing. You get a lot of extras with the foundation but its a lot of extra $$$. Not everyone will find value in that. I suspect the non foundation models will start coming out soon.

@@ElectrifiedOutdoors He is a Tesla/EV hater. Nothing about the design. Many millions of Tesla's on the road, and people still think they are not viable. Drove 103k miles in 6 years of owning a Model 3, and am now driving a Model Y (Model 3 with another owner still on the road). For 6 years I never had any maintenance beyond tires. It *always* got me to anywhere I needed to go. And I saved thousands in gasoline cost.
