One question for the motors, have you messed with stealthchop vs spreadcycle for the higher velocity speeds? If so any default in torque or resonances?
@@joescalon541 usually for high speed I use spreadcycle in order to not have any loss in torque. Stealthchop starts to resonate badly at high speeds so for my application it is turned off all the time and it is kept at spreadcycle all the time.
Your 50 Hz peak is constant vs time. So it isn’t changing with changes in the driven frequency. It’s probably from a fan, and isn’t going to affect anything in the motion system
@@_code_paradox aye! Thanks man! The LED mounts that I use can be found here: www.printables.com/model/517899-voron-v0-v01-v02-daylight-on-a-matchstick-led-stri/files
I like how hummble you are, saying: "it's a little quick" (going at 1000mm/s and 120.000 accels). Overall I liked the video! It was very casual and you went over the whole of it. Maybe what I would suggest is to add a bit of structure (maybe with timestamps or something similar). And I like the last part (not going to spoil for the others). Keep up the with this good videos!
@@rokkos aye thanks! Yeah it is missing some structure, the different topics aren't super meaningfully separated and given "air" in between to indicate a change in topics. I will consider for the next video I have planned!
Love to see a person start on a bambu and think its slow hahah
admittedly I have been quite spoiled by my own creation in terms of speed, haha!
This is so stupidly uneccessary I love it so much
@@therick0996 haha, it is, and it's also why I like it!
0:22 screw in the top left and top right are rotating from vibration. If that connects the frame, I would put blue locktite on it.
those are just the tophat cam locks and are non critical parts of the structure of the frame.

This makes me want to finish my vzbot120 design! What are your actual printing speeds and acceleration?
@@Tinkerer5888 actual print speeds ranges from 300-600mm/sec and 30k to 120k acceleration.

Hey man love the printer, first saw it on vorondb. What stls did you use to mount the led bars? cant find anything about it anywhere

Isn't the 5V PSU way oversized for the job ?
@@_Xantras_ it's a 25W 5V USB-C power brick which is used to power the raspberry pi.

Isnt this just a voron 0.2 right ??
@@filippiorkowski it's based on a V0.2 yes. Hence the name still having zero in it. There are much more details on the GitHub.
