I feel as though the conversation went very well. We discussed a range of topics regarding the IT industry, my expertise and why this apprenticeship interests and is suited for me. Not only this, he explained the whole apprenticeship process in a concise way, made me aware of what to expect and how to progress myself in order to excel in this role. Most people who will watch this video are preparing for their first role in IT support. You answer these questions as if the individual has years of experience already. The last question for instance, you're giving an answer using experience from a previous role. In the context of teaching viewers the interviewing process, that's not a good example for that question, because why would anyone watch this guide if they already have some experience in IT support?
