absolutely love this one. every single aspect of this is just so beautiful. and I'm so thrilled that you've started using Optimus products in your channel builds. They make my favourite blocks for GPU and CPU cooling. The way you've used the Lian Li fans with the LCDs looks sick. I never see the point in animated GIFs when you can display useful information instead but you always display useful stats on your displays. love it. the case RGB as well looks so classy and tasteful
Lian Li gets my cash because they listen to their customers and keep improving on the design. I just pulled the trigger on the EVO XL which, I think for the amount of system configurations you can do, is the real value there. :)
I'd like to see Lian Li go all out and design a high end O11. Something In Win Signature series level. All aluminum, thick panels, etc. The Odyssey had a cool design, but the layout was terrible (especially compared to the O11s). Keep the core basics like a dual chamber, easy building experience, good cable management, 3x rad support, etc... but with premium materials and a daring design aesthetic that differentiates it from the standard O11 box. I'd probably go with something more open like a Yuel Beast case.
Absolutely LOVE this build, so much that it has inspired me to build something similar. what I cant figure out is how you mounted the FLT under the power supply can you show a better picture or send me a picture of the mounting solution, Id be willing to toss ya a few bucks for your trouble !!!
You're the reason i did my first custom build using the o11 evo because of how you showed off hiding the pump/res in the rear chamber! Im planning on upgrading to this version along with the FLT120, could you explain how you mounted it? Currently my pump just hangs out in the chamber lol
You could tap/die (if the metal is thick enough) or drill 4x holes into the back of the mobo tray and put in some M4 standoffs to the desired depth. I would recommend nylon hardware to reduce the risk of shorting out the back of the motherboard.
would love to see a video on how you route all those coolant lines. i really like how you put the res/pump on the back. I am going to try the same thing, just not with EK parts. Very clean build love it
Seems lian li loves my money. I own the 011d Evo, but seeing those improvements and the rgb lights on top and bottom. I imagine in the coming months when I have spare money I'll buy one.
The rear vertical GPU bracket can move up 1 or 2 additional PCI slots (take the screws off it and the case, there are two small metal panels already cut out for this configuration) compared to what was shown and the PCIE slot also works in the 2nd closest slot from the motherboard, contrary to the video.
Looking forward to upgrade my O11 Dynamic to this one in near future. It's absolutely gorgeous! And hits all the right points! P.S. beautiful build btw!
I was looking at this case for my next build, just waiting on all the new to be announced hardware (Nvidia and AMD) later this year. Wanted to go air cooled this time, maybe an AIO for the cpu. But man, when I see this, I love custom loops.. this looks absolutely stunning.
I like RGB a lot but when it is integrated outside the chase it take attention away from inside ambience. But fortunately the more people the more tastes so as LIANLi chase will find its consumer. I like this EK side in and out puts radiators by the way. Thanks for review.
Stuart looks so tiny close to the box at the beginning lol What i like the most with those Lian Li cases, is how reasonably priced they are. Also kudos to Lian Li for all these evolution brought on the O11! Enjoy the rest of your week Stuart and keep it up the great job ❤
No d5 pump support on that rear side chamber is a bit of a oversight imo i know with mods you could make it work but wish it was thought about in the design of the case
Will we be seeing an O11 Vision review from you? I loved the case from the show footage, but haven't liked it as much seeing builds from other creators. I want to know if the lighting and missing mirrored top really makes that big of a difference
i commented before but maybe they could drop the height of the part you actually fix the GPU to on the side vertical mount so that you both be able to assemble everything outside without it failing when you drop it in and also to make the GPU vertically centralised to make water cooled GPUs look like they're meant to be there and not out of place. I hope that makes sense in the way it does in my head? Oh and you asked the question so I'll answer.....I agree on the topic of fans unless it's one of the cases that take a couple of 200mm fans in the front in which case I like to see a couple of front fans included as an option for people who want them and maybe a slightly cheaper version if you don't.
What is the distance/gap between the vertical mounted gpu and motherboard? I am considering either this case or the xl, but currently using a ASUS Crosshair Impact which uses a daughterboard for the SSD. I’m worried whether I have enough clearance or whether the GPU will need to be mounted the traditional way
Can the vertical GPU bracket be installed lower by sacrificing a bottom intake fan position? I'm interested in this case but AIO is not an option for me, wonder if the gpu bracket you displayed will fit with a peerless assassin 120 cooler above, appreciate any feedback, thanks.
@GGFEvents I'm probably just ignorant to the subject as I'm researching for my first build but I thought it was a no go to put ram in slots right next to eachother because it slows down the speeds?
@@swizzler8053 I’m not satisfied with the performance of the internal radiators. I had a system with external radiators before, and the temperatures were better. It could also be a smaller case then.
I have this case LOVE it and I am getting a 2nd one to do a reverse build and set them up side by side one side gamming pc reverse build home server build 1000👍
thank you for the video about the case, I really want to get this one but I need some info maybe you could help me with. I'll leave my question here: I need to know the dimensions of the box itself, the cardboard box of the product, where it ships, everybody who I've asked just give me the case dimensions...😅 thank you very much before hand ❤
I'm trying to replicate an air cooled version of this build, can anyone confirm exactly which fans I need to not screw this up? I'll have an AIO with 360mm rad on the side, with the TL fans with the screens, acting as air intakes, I'll also have some tl's on the bottom of the case also acting as intakes, and finally I'll have 3 more fans on the top acting as exhausts. The whole reverse flow thing is confusing me and I'm pretty scared I'll screw this up.
I bought 1 LCD fan, and it produces its own heat from the LCD panel, I do not recommend using these at all on radiators as they don’t have high air pressure compared to the normal TL fans, and with the fact that they produce some heat, it might affect the performance of your cooling. This is if you are running 1 single radiator. If you are running 2 or 3 360mm radiators, it probably won’t do anything
I think o11 series has become more like porsche 911s. I totally disagree with it's getting old part. If it works so well for what a case needs to do then keep making it. Heck they are not even sitting on their laurels & making the same thing again &again they keep on improving it. Which you can't even say for most 911s.

Wow! You're such a master builder. You nailed that build! You inspire me to build better every build I can :)

Yes, I’m interested in knowing this as well.
me too

How did u connect pump reservoir from back? Any pics
I would love to copy this build for myself. Do you have a more detailed description video?

great review of this case love all the examples , others just seem to gloss over all the options , thanks .
An XL version of this would be pretty much perfect... Unfortunately we'll probably have to wait another year+ for it 🤣
Need to applaud them for the build options in these cases and being reasonable with pricing. I have to say I’m temped, New Year build a possibility

That computer looks amazing. I love the blue and black contrast. I wish I can see the white version.
Will the arctic freezer iii 420 fit in this case

Beautiful as always
Your mic audio sounds really good, not sure if you change equipment but it sounds fuller.
Will be stoked for the V2 (hopefully they do it) when they do black fans with semi-transparent blades that have RGB like the SL series.
Hi, I'm falling in love so much, that I'm replaying the same at home,
Thank you for what you did, djo from Belgium.
thanks and happy holidays to you and your family. cheers

Haha. Have a good one!

So even if flipping the side bracket, it still will not fit a D5 pump distroplate? How about the original evo? Does it have this issue as well?
Thanks for the tip on Vinyl, pretty nifty!
Where did you hide the drain?
Czy wejdzie do tej obudowy AIO 420 mam na top
Hi, do I need a special bracket to mount the FLT 120 in the exact position like in your video?
Will we be seeing an O11 Vision review from you? I loved the case from the show footage, but haven't liked it as much seeing builds from other creators. I want to know if the lighting and missing mirrored top really makes that big of a difference
hey you know what would be cool? comparing one of them Optimus blocks against an EKWB Magnitude. that would be real cool dude XD
AWESOME REVIEW. and awesome build
Wanted The NV9 but this is « cheaper »’by a lot and looks better. The NV9 needs a lot to fill that massive space
What is the song during the build chapter? I love it

Nope. Haha
Are those hard tubes 14mm?

What gpu 12 pin adapter 180 degree did you use please?
Assuming I buy this case, but want to go totally stealth.. Can the RGB strips be removed?
Its a beautiful build. I'm not sure if it's just the camera angles but it looks like both your ram sticks are right next to eachother?
Yes they are
@GGFEvents I'm probably just ignorant to the subject as I'm researching for my first build but I thought it was a no go to put ram in slots right next to eachother because it slows down the speeds?
@@68WCombatMedic702 the board only has 2 slots
@@GGFEvents Oh I gotcha I thought I was missing something. Thanks for the reply
Nice Case! I own the v3000+, but next year i want rebuilt my pc with a new case and mora 420.
Have the same case. I love it. Why another case if I may ask?
@@swizzler8053 I’m not satisfied with the performance of the internal radiators. I had a system with external radiators before, and the temperatures were better. It could also be a smaller case then.
Please review LIANLI O11D VISONIt's difficult for me to create a design.
how did you do the loop and what are the temps?
No b roll of it running with the glass on?
but only on the xl my evo i did have the psu on the top and removed the bottom drive cage. now i use a shift so its back on the bottom.
Where can i buy that white thing for my mb?
You think not having filters will get loads of dust in the case, or am I overthinking it?
Well the bottom does. Just use that as your intake
It’s a pity that they abandoned the Lian Li Top I/O-Panel Kit for O11 Dynamic EVO
I put magnetic filters on the side panel of my o11 Evo, keeps everything clean..
When can you buy the case?
I have this case LOVE it and I am getting a 2nd one to do a reverse build and set them up side by side one side gamming pc reverse build home server build 1000👍

Always a good video man. Now how tired are you? XD
Thanks bro! Tell me about it. Didn't get to bed till after 6am :p
is there someone who knows if the RGB on the case can be shut down without the motherboard software with the "Mode button" on the case?
The only thing who got into my mind was the pink screwdriver :)))))
Can you make a video about/with the Phanteks NV9?
Yes that is coming
bracket for 420 price ?
Montech King 95 FTW !

those cable grommets are so comically large x)
Damn, i got the evo's front mesh kit thinking it would be the same for the evo rgb. Wasted $25.
I am feeling Thumby from this review

Your measurement for this case is not correct. Its 478mm not 493mm. And its 471mm not 473mm.
I have O11 fatigue
Its alright but ill stick with my EVO XL this is a weird case not big enough but also to big in some areas
Oh yeah I’m sticking L controllers in those cages lmao
"built from the ground up" has literally lost all meaning in the PC case world and manufacturers need to stop with the bs.
It meansthe bottom part is built and then the top part. Fancy words
Awesome review as always and beautiful build 💯
I wish it were mine.
hahahahaha
