How's this for a pretty obvious series: "Dining on a Benjamin" - give Lucas an expanded budget for ONE season and see what he can do with it. It's pretty impressive what he does on a "dime." I want to see fancy Lucas and what he eats.

Best way to each Abalone-
Go to Cali and find Abalone spots
Dive and catch big ones
When ready to cook, remove from shell and slice into big centimeter slices
Tenderize with a big rock
Melt an entire stick of butter in pan
Fry abalone and add Everglades seasoning (either original, cactus dust, or salt and pepper works too, steak seasoning too)
Once nice and cooked, freaking dig in.
