You are one of the few channels on youtube focusing on logic behind maths etc., and you need recognition. I've just finished cs university mostly using math formulas by memory and some logic but now im redoing everything ,from scratch with different sources, for in depth understanding. Thanks for giving me motivation and do continue explaining, you're awesome!
Hi, I am Aditya. I am also doing maths from scratch but I cannot find the proper resources will you please help me,
it will be very helpful for me. adityasoni2863@gmail.com
I was either lazy, too dumb, had bad teachers + enviroment or a combination of those to not understand such simple concepts when i was in school ... Who would of though you would need these to understand far more complex things later on in Uni like Fourier Series, Machine Learning and so much more ( everyone would of though ) . Better late then never is a motto i like to beleive in, thank you for this quick lecture
I did trigs from secondary school and currently during my engineering math courses. I felt that somehow I did not learn basics thoroughly and this proves it. Yes its understandable that teachers and lecturers are pressed for time and cannot attend individually all the time to each student however this student is denied a proper foundation which will catch up with them at the higher levels. I decided to re - learn trigonometry from scratch not just for my benefit but may in later years to come there will be someone who is new to trigs and would appreciate someone who can show them within a different context to make it more understandable so that they have more confidence approaching the subject.
Radians being angles measured as the distance traveled along the circumference in in respect to the radius..................
I used to hate trigonometry because I had to learn so many numbers by heart and it didn't make sense to me. It was not the teacher's fault. I just didn't pay attention back then... Glad I came across this!
Hi, this is a crazy course! It's like a math version audio book. Concise but including every single logic we have to know to really understand. This is so much work you've done to create this art. Thank you so much!!
I didn't precal in high school and now I'm in college taking calculus. When my professor starts talking about precal stuff, I'm just there sitting looking dumb and confused 👁👄👁. So i am very glad you made this video, its really helping me.
😂😂💀 Same here. It's crazy how these concepts just fade away without practice.
This is hands on the best precalclus course I've seen. Bookmarked, and if I need to help someone with calculus because there's a clear lack of a solid precalclus foundation, this is where I send them.
The best video I’ve seen on trigonometry! I feel more confident to wrap my head around these examples and explanations. Well done.
My school is kinda wack and I have to take an awful, overpriced online precalculus course cause it didn't fit into my schedule. Well made videos like these are keeping me sane.
Your channel deserves more subs and likes...I learned so much from your number
I am very excited that you did this video it helps a lot. I really cannot thank you enough and this is brilliant video.
Thank you for a solid video/lecture on Precalculus Crash Course. This material helps in Precalculus, Calculus and Advanced Mathematics.
You just helped me understand radians… you’re amazing
trig has always been difficult for me because most people learn math by memorizing, and a lot of college professors are used to expecting that from students. Me, I cant memorize a formula or a sequence of steps if my life depended on it, but if you make me apply math in things like economics, statistics, or discrete structures, I can figure it out very quickly on the first try.
I have found that a lot of teachers and students who are used to having normal memory rely on it a lot and find it almost impossible to teach trigonometry to someone like me in a way that doesnt involve a lot of memory. This video has been very helpful in understanding what im doing while doing trig
Your teachers didn't start with proofs?
Thanks your effort for us
I got to Nevada state college and really wish I had seen this channel when I took the course
Thank you so much!!! Love this channel
Omg you are the friggin best man
Thank you this was very helpful, you got a new subscriber
Waaaaw that is awesome
Thank you.
Thank you very much! Perfect concise refresher of the trig. There is a little error At 45:44 the values for X2 and X4 need swapping on the graph, correct in the calculations.
Please use semicolon between digits in the time stamps as it could lead one to exactly where the description is for revision purposes.
Hi, I enjoyed watching a couple of your videos. I am a bit confused as before the first video you mentioned some worksheets for practice. Where do I get these?
Omg, your channel made math very interesting and informative
Its good..thanks
Enjoying this course.
That was really helpful, thanks from Egypt. :D♥
Note: sometimes cot (x) is not equal to 1/tan (x) because of domain. Cot (pi/2) is not 1/(pi/2) because of domain of tan(pi/2). Then one must use cos (pi/2)/sin (pi/2) to calculate tan (pi/2).
I am in the level of the 2nd one(understand)
But from now on I wish to get the final level creating my own maths trick with the help of this video.
Very nice lesson. 100%
Thanks❤
thank you
45:37 x2 should be 3pie/4 and x4 should be 5pie/4 on the line.
I don’t know why, but trigonometry always fascinated me
Section 4.3 is blank and appears to just have the 4.4 title screen up, not showing what is being spoken. This or 4.3 was cut out and 4.4 is bugged.
I find math so interesting but when my HS teacher covered this stuff she did it in the least in depth and thought provoking way possible. She basically just said “memorize this” or “put this in your calculator” so I turned my brain off and stopped paying attention. That definitely is kicking my ass as I get through higher and higher math classes so videos like this that are concise and informative with good depth are a god send. Thank you so much !
skipped all my trig lectures and using this to supplement my final exam 😗 wish me luck
how did it go?
@@biblemansings could have went better but this helped substantially
@@biblemansings i passed 😅
@@grimmitto Thank you for responding. I'm glad you passed!
How’d it go?
👍👍👍👍👍
cool
from 29:30 to 32:00 the video is stuck.if u wanna watch the visuals here's the clip:m.ua-cam.com/video/6pATELXZM3s/v-deo.html.
Where do I find the worksheet?
At 53:02 the midline is y=2, not y=1.
Why does the cotangent function look like tangent function at 1:04:29?
At 24:43 is a table showing both Cos and Sin of 45 as (square root of 2) \ (2). Seems to me they should be (1) \ (square root of 2) Great presentation otherwise. I am still watching.
As college professor I thank you so very much. I can finally use a video to teach my students who can't even do proper calculus.
dont call me out like that!
Or you can teach it effectively yourself
@@Hermitasfr
Absolutely great lecture for revision but the speed of narration should have been a bit slow.
You can always slow down the speed of the videos by clicking on the "settings/gear" button that directly below the video; to the right of the "cc" button.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
What level is this maths, high school or college. I am trying to prepare for college so im not sure?
I'd say this is higher level high school math/early college level math
36:48 am I missing something? I paused the video before the answers so I could solve them and I got sin =- sqr(2)/3 tan= sqr(2)/1=sqr2. sin is y/r and tan is y/x. AM I WRONG??? D: I just used the cos to know that x= -1 r=3 and used pythagorean theorem to get y.
once you did the Pythagorean theorem you will y^2= 8 take the sqrt of both sides then you'll get where y= -2 (sqrt(2)) only negative because it is in quad 3 so cos and sin are negative which makes tan pos
Love from india
❤❤🇮🇳
May i am desperate in the end of the semester
You may wanna double check what happened to your video at 31:04 cause it bugged out. :( ima go watch some other trig videos.
Can i get the slides or book pdf
@25:24 NOW IT MAKES MORE SENSE
THat 0.0 at 2:18
from 39:50 to 31:20, the screen is blank
41:15
44:20
4:38
2:35
Ima bet I just found gold
I really hate trigonometry but maybe it's time to learn it
May I suggest a book to learn from?
@@aashishkumar9696 Yes
I will tell you later.
Math 127, Precalculus 2, Section 4.4, Video 1, and Section 4.7, Video 3, are audio only. No illustrations.
u can find these videos on youtube by searching them, i learnt that way
@@thegiftedpotato7582 Thanx.
Y do an 8th graders experience this?! QAQ
its pretty simple.
Trust me it’s better you do it now then when you are in college. Spending over $1000 on courses that you could’ve taken in highschool for free is the WORST feeling ever.
This is more algebra ii than precalc
don't forget dimensions play important role to ,oh wait , your not there yet oh wait another ten thousand years , this is taught to five year olds in future
Too fast, no help
i listened to this whole video so my family would think im doing work while i do tik toks
Tiktok isn't going to help you evolve and become more smarter. You need to focus on your education. Maybe use tiktok as a reward instead, for example you just did 40 minutes work then reward yourself with 10 minutes of tiktok, then do another 40 minutes work and 10 minutes of tiktok; keep on following this sequence untill your work has been completed
I’m watching this, in hope that it helps me sleep ...
@@navjotsingh2251 that would be a mistake that will eventually makes us think we are working for reward not for our self so,we have to find a reward in our own work, and don't get me wrong😄
@@_s1591 Well it works for me, i reward my self with snacks every time i finish 3-4 topics and it's fulfilling literally and figuratively
@@_s1591 that is so true. Education itself is a reward. There are so many poor kids who don't get education. We should be grateful for all this to the supreme god
math is better than the humans💀
Structure was well put but the way of explaining was horrible
