Thank you very much. I'm glad that you find it a great resource. That is the reason I started the UA-cam Channel. I want to be able to give back to the community and believe that this is the best way. Please share with others.

Wonderful video. Do you have and suggestions on holding small round boxes for engraving the lids? I will need to clamp it from the sides.

More and more I am using my vacuum table that I built. You could also use a cam type clamp to apply pressure to the work piece.

Paw Paw’s WorkShop Thanks! I will look into that. I'm a newbie waiting for the x carve to arrive in the mail. Trying to learn all I can as soon as possible. Have a wonderful day! 🙂

Congratulations on your purchase of the XCarve. I know you will enjoy it a lot. I know I have enjoyed mine more than I had imaged. Hopefully, you have subscribed to my channel. It is people like you, that I started doing videos seven months ago. I'm glad that they are helping you. Most of my projects are centered around the XCarve, however, I do many other projects as well. Take your time building the XCarve,

    Hi Phillip,
I got the link for this from the Inventables Forum. My passion is actually woodturning but I'm trying to learn my way around the X-Carve as well and this video does clear up a few things for me. Thanks for sharing the information! Liked and subscribed!
    Take care,
    .....Gord

I am a woodturner as well. I have followed your amazing work for quite sometime and have subscribed to your channel probably a couple years ago. Thank you for subscribing. Perhaps at some point we could do some joint projects
