Make sure they send you a different card just in case she wrote down the numbers or want to order online using last four numbers. Tell her the bank is closed. Then follow steps I said earlier. My mother would have been 90 yesterday, she passed away from cancer many years ago. I had to endure seeing her in a coma during her last minutes and hours I miss my mom very much and wish I could have done more to help her even though we lived far from each other. Thank God that you are young and healthy. Some day, Linda will regret the poor choices she is currently making. The point is to make her realize that now. She needs to be held accountable NOW. I would insist that you both go see a financial counselor together so she has to hear the impact this is having on your life. Then I would have the counselor explain that what she did was out and out stealing and that was the LAST time she would get away with that. Have her sign an agreement with you, the financial counselor and yourself that says if she does this again. Stealing from you this manner, that you will report this to law enforcement and press charges on her...your daughter! Yes! I am telling you that will be a surefire way to get her to stop.
