Chevy C10 "Muscle Truck" Clone 6.0 LQ9 V8. Our slightly modified version of the famous Roadkill Muscle Truck. Thanks for taking a look, we appreciate it!
Love it! With the growing collection of tire roasters, you guys are going to need sponsorship to keep the rubber budget down to a somewhat manageable level lol. Great work, that truck is a beast!
That's so badass that you've got your father driving your goat racing your truck, I really want to do that with my dad this summer. I've finally got my head straight in my own life and need to be spending more time with him. I'll always be a 50s-60s period correct guy, but you can't beat the budget fun factor with the more modern parts. You guys always turn out cool stuff, thanks for the video
Holy Moses, this awsome c 10 moves so fast, the sound of the motor is like music exhaust sounds Mean, a true powerfull podracer 🏁 from mos eysley spaceport, holy jedis awsome video you need New tires after this video 📹 wow 😊 😊 😊 thanks jeff and Jordan for this video i enjoy every moment ✌️ ✌️ ☀️ 🤩 say hello to the rest of the gang 😊 ♥️ from tom your friend now and always 🤩 🤩
@@RamblinAround yes burning rubber wow like this, you deed need New tires, i did that whit My morris marina 1800 tc coupé souped it up awsome 150 hp and tires burning rubber wow New tires on after one burning, but wow it Was fun 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊
What cylinder heads are you running? And also .seems like that dual plan intake has no problem on the top end lol. I was thinking about the holly split single plane intake. Or should I just go with dual plane? Mainly going to be a street car 66 byscane
The dual-plane does just fine....we have run this engine up to 7200 RPM. So, if you don't need more than that, you'll be fine. It makes them a bit more streetable too, in my opinion.
Hi LQ9 owner here, as it came stock in my 2005 Escalade ESV. What Cam are you running? Any suggestions on a nice cam for that nice chop but is practical for every day use? Non boosted at this point in time. Also is there such a thing as budget heads? Was looking to do Heads, Cam, Intake. Already came across a Trail Blazer SS intake. Thanks in advance. Mike from Canada. Been a subscriber since you rescued the GTO. Father owned a 1969 GTO, and also a 69 Plymouth GTX when I was growing up. Love the GTO most, but enjoy all of your content. I apologize about the book.
It's a 6.0 Liter LQ9, with a Sloppy Mechanics stage 3 cam, Holley intake, and a Quick Fuel 750 carb. It has a built turbo 400 automatic, a 3200 stall converter, and a 12 bolt rear with 3.73 gears and posi. It has nitrous as well, but everything in this video was on motor alone.
@@RamblinAround Awesome man thanks for the response. I ended up finding the overview video this is one of the nastiest c10's on youtube that thing pulls hard and I'm loving the shifts on the 400. Great job man 🤟
I love Jordans quest to turn all his rubber into white smoke.👍

What converter are you running? Brand and stall. You did a damn good build 👍
What size are those tire's ?
Truck looks good 👍🏾 !!!
Wish I had one
Sounds awesome! Any plans to run it down the track "just because"?
I just added a nitrous controller and drag radials. I'm sure I'll make some passes this spring.
I hope you will battle the og roadkill muscle truck
We tried to set that up, but Freiburger wasn't interested. We already know this truck is faster though.
@@RamblinAround the sounds are legends I love that truck

This is a Sloppy Mechanics Stage 3 cam. I love the sound of it, and it makes great naturally aspirated power.
@@RamblinAround thanks, I appreciate the info. It does sound great. 👍 keep up the good work guys.

Any other details on this build? What tranny set up are you running? Those gear shifts are everything!

On that first hit did u spray Nitrous or was that N/A?
It was all N/A.
Is that an automatic or a manual? I saw an auto being put it put a shifter on the floor?
It's a turbo 400. It's just built so that I can manually shift it.
Smoking 💨
Thanks for watching Michael!
Part number for muffler ?
Is that a manual transmission?
No, it's a built Turbo 400 automatic.
How many chicks do ya pick up n that machine ??
I hate burnouts, does nothing but ruin shit
Only fun in video games or if it's not my vehicle. 😂
