Fark, i filleted one whiting the other day, bigger than these...took me 15 mins, messed up the wife’s kitchen, butchered the poor fish and almost cut my hand twice!
@@wingman31k all he is doing is missing the rib cage so its not actually much, also if this is in a professional situation its important to fillet efficiently time wise not yield wise since they have to fillet literally hundreds and hundreds of fish a day of all different types. getting maximum yield is not efficient.
@@comeatmebro3229 professional filleters get maximum yield or they're no longer working. That's a huge waste over several fish. There's plenty of meat where the ribs are and a good filleter will not take much longer at all, to get maximum yield. Fish factories need maximum return but maximum waste!
