Definitely a store I would like to sell as a distributor. I can't see it getting a solid ROI with that parking either. Like you said needs 40+ spots. Arthur just slammed it with equipment
I worked in a laundromat the biggest problem is when customers don't pay attention and their clothes get caught in the door and the water comes out I feel very frustrated any ideas solucion to end this problem thank you
They don't, plenty of cheap apartments either don't come with space at all for a washer or dryer. Or They only have the hook ups but not the machines because the landlord does not want to be responsible for fixing it when it breaks. So if your too poor you can't save up enough to wash and just always pay a little
Then choose another laundromat. A more efficient washer can help an operation keep the expenses down. This can mean lower prices to the consumer. You would find that top loaders are not as popular for home use any longer either. You can still get them, but why?
@@stanleyshostak2737 ...because Stanley they clean clothes better and they are quicker and they're ergonomically superior. You need water to flush dirt out.
Because they are more efficient and believe it or not your clothes are cleaner using a commercial front loader. A commercial front loader is significantly superior than the ones used for residential use for both taking less time and clothes are cleaner as well.
Thanks Michael for reviewing our store! The parking has worked out just fine and I wish you could see us now that all the seating is in place! Cheers!
It's one bill to dual coin changer. Quarters and dollar coins. One bill to bill breaker and one bill to quarter changer as back up.
That's a very nice store. One thing that I can't stand in this store is Spyder Wash, which is a crappy system for sure!!
There is a lot more seating as well as a kids area below the logo

Did we not watch the same video? Did you not see the parking spots in the back?

I think you’re overthinking the parking situation. Its not a ridiculous trek to walk. Theres plenty of total parking in the back
Do u think its good to have both cash an card??
Only if its laundroworks
Why do people use them when they have machines at home?

Why are top loaders purposely being phased out for laundromat use ? More government overreach ?
front loaders are more efficient
@@HockeyCraig why am I being dictated to ? This is a form of control you know that right?
