Love itttt! You can try meditation in another room or just where you ca sit, being meditation the first thing to do in the morning doesn’t mean it has to be done while laying in bed, hope it helps ❤

I was a bit skeptical at first about the AI (I use Notion on a regular basis) but this schedule actually looks very good ! I had a priority/emergencies management training at work a few months ago and the main structure was exactly this. And I guess it helps that the breaks are already planned during the day :) I tried asking Notion the best schedule for a relaxing day after watching the video and the suggestions are actually very nice too ! Thank you for your very motivating video and for the discovery (I'll try asking it for recipes too now !)
morning meditation is a no go for me too. in general i can struggle with meditation. so my therapist suggested a combo of breathing exercises. that works really well for me, you can try it too!
this is actually a very cool concept for a video it's nice to see you eat and live in the everyday life of the world aside from every body You are not like anyone and this is what makes you a special and exceptional person. Girl who meditates like that?? If you are gonna meditate like that you will obviously fall back to sleep and nor i think laying in your bed and meditating would even do anything positive to your health cuz you basically sleeping and breathing

I recommend moving to sit somewhere upright to meditate as I feel you on the struggle when you’re in bed, and especially if you’re lying down x
