    I went to El Gaucho for an Anniversary and ordered the Rib-Eye. I was fully expecting to be blown away but instead was disappointed. The meat had OK flavor and there was a lot of hard to chew pieces due to gristle. I am still willing to go back and give them another chance. For the price I expected nothing but the best but instead got mediocre.
