I'm living proof at 58 years old! I play 3 times a week and train every day unless I'm recovering. I can light it up! If I was 15 you'd be watching me. You know exactly what you are talking about.
Hey Taylor, thanks for this in depth video once again. You’re really changing lives. I need advice though. When I play small sided games there are always people watching and I mostly feel more nervousness than enjoyment or fun.
If your aspiration is to play pro, then this is something you will have to learn to embrace, the more attention you get increases as you get better. People watching is what it's all about. Play more football... get better... you get more eyes on you, and you'll start to learn to focus on the game rather than who's watching.
Agreed. World class talents aren’t created. Academies don’t create them. At best they discover them. If you can just teach someone to have world class talent they’d be way more elite athletes then we currently do
Hey I get lot what ur saying. I'm actually 35 and I started training/playing soccer seriously in my mid 20s. I recently tried out for an NPSL team and I got selected to train with them in the spring. Yea like its not just about having strong muscles, it's about having bouncy tendons and fascia that allows u to explode and move more smoothly
man. This is such a good point. Wow! very well put. I have also heard from other small clubs in Spain that Barcelona takes the top players from those small teams. The Barca academy gets more credit than it deserves. it's just like Messi as with Lamine. Messi was gonna be good whether he went to Barcelona or some other club. He didn't need to go to Barca to be great
Hi, I am trying out for a high level team. I been following u for a long time and have became fascialy driven and am building a lot of talent. The problem is when this team practices (2x a week) they do a good amount of muscle driven exercises. They do all these exercises based on no pain no gain and think they’re becoming more explosive. Coach even tells people to play less football to stop getting injured. The main point is should I join this team if I continue to do fascia training, being barefoot, and small sided games while doing this teams exercises for muscle driven athletes for no more then 40 mins 2x a week.
I wouldn't do them expecting them to improve your ability on the pitch, rather The exercises we do are all bodyweight but they are not the classic pushup, squat, crunch, etc... most people don't have the correct sensations or even know how to acquire the right sensations for any plyo to be helpful to begin with.
You have to find playing time mate especially indoor on just on the streets. It's essential ton your growth. And if football is that important to you then you need you need to take priority of that first.

The confluence of physical talent, practise and structure
All accomplished from a young age by playing a lot football, even barefoot at times as well on the streets.
I have a talent like lamine, but i gotta work harder
That's the bare minimum mate.

There are other materials you can use and soaps with natural ingredients that will suffice. The artificial stuff... it's time to trash.

Use beef tallow

To be a footballer you need a team, but it's unfortunate your team has 0 clue how to build elite talent, sorry to hear that mate.

Hi! Thanks for this video! Should I do push ups, squats, crunches with bodyweights?

@footballentangled ok, so better do box, dance and other sports, but what time of day?
Hey man, I’d just like to thank you for this important video. Do you have any tips for a small skinny CM?
Keep training, what are your goals as a footballer?
@ to get to a high level of football to eventually play in an academy. I have one year till trials.
Should I Faica release with a ball before training. Or do I want to be under tension?
Be reborj
Yes on the first. 2 should be intrinsic as a result of our training.
@@footballentangled thank you
