Thanks for this video! Literally nobody else covers the installation especially of the petcock. I've test fitted this tank on: - MM80 - awesome fit! - Coleman CT200U - like it's made for it, BUT the full lock steering is really close to tank slap, so if you can push the tank back juuuuuuust a bit into the squishy seat it'll be awesome - BT200X - Fits awesome, but honestly its actually decently shorter than the top tubes from neck to seat but if mounting about an inch from the seat it looks great IMO I don't weld. I made bolt on brackets using thick furniture bracing from ACE hardware that already has 5/16 holes in them. I cut the braces just a tiuch wider than the twin top tubes, added non slip foam and used grade 8 5/16 -24 bokts with a lick washer and flat washer. This allows the tank to be removed and no permanent mods to the frame.
@@BustedKnucklesBuildsTexas Hope so. Going to measure today and order if it looks like it’ll fit. The Maverick is a fun little frame but you don’t have a lot of room when you mount a 212 on it.

Thanks for watching !! Sounds like you have been busy trying out the tank 👍👍 Glad you liked the video 👍👍
Super nice and made in the USA! I got one to try out and it looks like it's gonna live on my sons mini gote. Gonna have to another one!
Get you one , great tank and get the way cool billet fuel cap !!
It definitely looks better on some frames then others, universal fit is difficult like that sometimes. I like it though.
That’s true ,
Hoping this will fit on my stepson’s Maverick. The tank I mounted behind the seat just isn’t working well.
I think so
