I noticed something strange at 4:29, if you look at the Beckett slab on the front top left above the cert #, autograph is misspelled as “Autogaph”. Very strange.
Great video and super information on the cards. I wish I had all those Griffey cards. Did not know that Kirk Gibson went for that much. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Steve, interesting countdown. I wasn’t quite expecting it to be a best of the best JR list. Mike Flanagan? That was definitely a surprise. So was the Rose/Gooden auto. Hope you are doing well my friend, thank you for sharing
@@phillycardshark9257 I disagree... the Frank Thomas "no name" or the cards that are reversed are "errors", this isn't a "mistake" or a glitch, this is a practical joke that got through.
It was a practical joke by Billy Ripken. What happened was, Billy wrote f*** face on the knob one of his bats, a photographer took a pic with Billy not realizing he was holding that same bat for the photo; the funny thing, is Fleer not initially realizing the error, this is due to the rampant over production of cards, which is happening now 30 plus years later. Iconic card though. It's very memorable. Lol.
I have a pretty large card collection but never wanted to pay for grading. I would like to sell the entire collection at once. Any ideas on where to do that?
I got boxes of these cards, how do I get rife of them. I got old rookie cards of famous athletes of all sports. I got Jordan's baseball white Sox rookie card, old Shaq cards, maguire, bonds, Griffey Jr. Rookies cards. Old Shaq cards from Orlando.
But the most valuable 1980s sports card is the 1987 Topps NESTLE DREAM TEAM JOHNNY BENCH BABE RUTH ON BACK WRONG BACK CSG 8NM only one found out of the hole set in the world!!!!!

As always, loved it. Thank you
Always enjoy your videos
Ken Griffey Jr, dominated this list. Junk Wax 👑
The Billy Ripken isn't an "error", it was a PRACTICAL JOKE... but it's not a MISTAKE...
While it was a joke by the team....it would have been an "error" on Fleers behalf by allowing it thru QC....

You don't talk to Steve like that! You're Mom should have swallowed you
I think I even have cards from the 70s. Packs that had the dried gum stick with them
I have a few of those cards you mentioned. Where do these auctions take place?

I sold my PSA 5 1982 Topps Traded Cal Ripken Jr. card for 127.50 early last month on eBay. Not bad, I'd say.

I have 7 of these but idk where I should send em to have em graded
It's sooo expensive now. Ridiculous
How do you get cards graded
Have 2 of the last one, don't know much about grading but don't think they are a 10.
I have about 4 of those cards
I have the Dennis eckersly card

It was an error that it got printed
Be a ton better if it was just base cards, not auto or graded
Steve ain't yo babies Daddy.
But they're graded
