    We are using Labels with color (learned from Spotify Squad Healthcheck). Any suggestion on a model with more detailed guides to apply Radar approach?

      Color is not bad. As long as it helps you create good conversations. The most important are the actions that will come out of it. And as well avoid team comparison. In this video I have a few tips, like the 0 to 5 scale and detailing what’s 0, what’s 5 and what’s in between :) does this answer your question?
