Noicely done. Btw I'm pretty sure 'Proc' stands for proxied - as in, it does a lump of damage as a proxy (substitute) to actually causing bleed damage over time.
Definitely not. Because proc just refers to anything triggering, proccing poison wouldn't make sense if it was to "substitute", because it's not substituting anything. As far as I can tell, it comes from old coding where the special effect for a weapon was called it's "spec_proc", short for "special process", because unlike a normal weapon it has a special process of checking for random chance effects. So short for "process", which makes sense. "How many times did the special effect get processed" makes sense.

Yep, in all no hit runs i’ve watched the strat is, kill elden beast before it ever has a chance to use elden stars. If you have a good understanding of poise, and poise damage you can time a stagger to break it as well.
Wow, this comment is gonna be so late to the party but at @1:06:50 Aggy says Elden Beast is outta nowhere, and yep, it is for the majority of people, but a lot of items in the game talk about the Crucible and the Elden Beast, how they started the Erdtree and so. Elden Stars incantation is one that pops to mind. That said, I 100% agree with the Moon Presence angle, Radagon should be the standard last boss (also made a little harder and have more hp) and Elden Beast an optional secret final boss.
Power-stancing Bloodhound's Fang and Morgott's Cursed Sword is an A++++++++++ strat to me. Dual-wielding thrust swords is super fun, too. I have a build which sometimes uses the Antspur Rapier with Rogier's Rapier, and it's basically and epic POKE-POKE-POKE party against enemies.

No he isn't. He doesn't give you the rune of death, because the rune of death is broken. Half of it is at Ranni, and half of it is at Godwyn. Now do it while blind folded and singing random meme songs then I'll be impressed. All jokes aside anyone that can do this is hella impressive good job man!

This isn't a speedrun, so better to just save the risk and just use multiple blood grease, since you have to go to the fort with the blood grease recipe in to get half the medallion anyways.
Hard disagree. If anything, Radagon is more connected to that questline. Nothing really ties the Elden Beast to Goldmask or Corhyn and it makes sense that the Elden Ring itself fights you before you can claim it and it is subtly hinted at that it would be the final boss if you read the Elden Stars description and recognized that stars are living beings in Elden Ring after fighting Astel or just knowing enough about the Malformed Star enemies or Fallingstar Beasts.

Super impressive. I have to say, this game feels like runners have to use a lot more exploits and "cheep tactics" than past FromSoft no-hits. Not a bad thing, just seems like the game design and move sets actively work against learning all dodge timings and such.
You can no-hit all the remembrance bosses without using any cheese or special strats, but doing them all back to back without checkpoints in-between and with setup and moving from area to area makes failed runs more painful. Since the game is open world, it's so much easier to get a cheese setup and safely deal with a boss than doing the boss "normally" and risking a hit.
iframing and just meleeing used to be the most powerful strategy, in elden ring that strategy is a little bit more difficult due to more startup delay and recovery frames for the dodge roll. You can't only time anymore, you have to actually think about positioning. Margit for example brings out the dagger and if you try to just you end up still getting hit. If you dodge to the right instead, you will the first hit and move outside of the range of the second hit. In dark souls 3 you could have just spammed roll twice because the s were so forgiving. Same is true for all of the bosses. They have more aggressive movesets requiring you to attack during their moves instead of waiting for your turn like ds3. This obviously also rewards defensive playstyles with shields or more EHP.
