Thanks for the video. It was very very helpful mine out of the box was actually quite messed up it didnt really steer left or right at all. I thought it servo was broken, but i got everything fixed up now greatly appreciated.
@ By the way, the problem that I have is when I turn the model on ,the steering goes all the way to the right and there is no way to adjust with the control not enough. The car keeps going to the right.
wow i was about to dismember my car to fix the issue hardware sided.. thought this was a production error 😅 what a save & great video. its a huge failure/omission to not put this in their manual.
Any idea why my son’s micro b won’t move forward or backwards. No idea what he did but I’m stumped. The steering works but the car doesn’t move. I thought it was the ESC so I just replaced it today. After I replaced it would go in reverse but not forward. Now it’s not moving at all. Steering still works and I read the manual and tried rebinding it several times. Still won’t go forward or reverse. Any help is gratefully appreciated.thanks!
Yep just put it into endpoint set mode then just press fully left and then right and full throttle and brake then power off all will be reset but I don't think that's what you have done
@ yeah that didn’t work, but I did some how get it back. I’m not sure what calibration happens when you hold reverse and steer left when turning on the transmitter. But at one point I lost neutral, once the transmitter was turned on it would go into reverse. Then somehow that stopped and I had brakes back but no reverse, then redid the reverse end point and got reverse back. I really with they would publish the calibration procedures.
Losi owes you for a Great compromise due to a complete fumble from engineering & QC. But most tracks being made for 1/24 + or - a couple of sizes typically need tight corners. Losi needs to step up with these issues...Correct the poor design and at the bare minimum send out replacements for those already purchased. Cheers mates!!

Glad it helped :)
Same problem on mine. This is going to be pretty popular video. Well done thank you
Yeh not sure why this is not done at factory or why it's not even in the instructions?
brilliant mate, car feels so much better now. appreciate the video.😀
Glad it worked for ya
you said turn left twice 😄 thanks for the video.
Yep it was frying my brain with all the turn left turn right and the way I do the vids I'm almost looking the wrong way at the RC lol
Another very good video with helpful tips. Thank you.
Glad ya like it
Awesome stuff. Thanks for this! 👌
Glad ya like it :)
Very good video it helped me a lot and can we do that with the mini z ?
The only way to do anything with mini z is to use the programmer and ICS software
@
Yes, I just watch another of your videos And learn how to use the software thank you so much for the answer. I appreciate it.

@Pablocabrerapvc no worries 😁
This is awesome! Thx for this!!
Glad you like it!
Great video! Thank you so much, problem solved!
Glad it helped
Thanks bud
Any time!
Are the steering arms reversible so the bend is the other way out might give you more steering without hitting the shocks?
It's not the links that hit the shocks it's the Ackerman bar when the servo horn moves much too far and overseers :)
Do you know how to put the ESC/receiver into bind mode to use a different radio?
You would only be able to bind an stl2 or 3
LOVE you LOVE your ways to

Yep but I find it's to be expected from the horizon brand if rc's unfortunately
Great video
Glad ya like it
Very useful tips, thanks 👍🤝
Welcome 😊
Fantastic.
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you!
You're welcome!

Take the motor out and make sure nothing is bound up in the gears that would lock up the transmission and burn up the esc
I’ll give it a try, thank you for the quick response. There’s very little information about these rcs.
If something was bound up wouldn’t it make the wheels lock up? They move freely and I can hear the motor turning as I turn the wheels.
If the motor is spinning then I'm guessing it's the spur or pinion gear shot
Motor only spins when I manually move the wheels. When I give it throttle from the transmitter it does nothing. No humming or any type of noise.
Any idea how to reset to factory set points, somehow I lost brakes and can’t get brakes back..
Yep just put it into endpoint set mode then just press fully left and then right and full throttle and brake then power off all will be reset but I don't think that's what you have done
@ I was adjusting the brake down and seemed like I went to low, then all of a sudden the reverse came on and now I can’t get brakes to work
@ yeah that didn’t work, but I did some how get it back. I’m not sure what calibration happens when you hold reverse and steer left when turning on the transmitter.

I think there is a way to change drive modes like in a crawler so forward/brake/reverse or forward/brake or forward/reverse :)

I have the same problem. I lost break. When I release throttle it applies full break. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks

Yep it's good RC but my god the design team need a kick up the ass
Ya dream on. They can’t even make it compatible with their own radios. HH is about the worst
