holy crap that B is MOVING!!! so stoked furitek came out with a brushless solution, even happier YT blessed me with this video. i've been itching to upgrade mine, I already have the furitek avatar transmitter so this will be a welcome addition
Those look like fun and those aftermarket parts look sweet and if they reduce slop even better. When my boy is old enough we’ll get those and they’ll be our winter time indoor RC time. - Great video!!
I think that Losi Micro-B is an awesome little machine. I also like those red anodized aftermarket parts. Nexx looks to make some excellent bits of kit! Nice. People always tend to get all sorts of upgrades for our RC machines. I think that for bashing, aluminum parts are awesome. When you bash, you are likely to hit things, hitting things is pretty common in bashing. A lot of times, we also run full speed in a straight line across rough terrain. The terrain will be dirt and many times have rocks. When we turn, we tend to slide. When that happens, it can induce a roll. Tumbling at high speed also breaks parts. Usually arms. So for bashing, those aluminum parts are excellent. (opinion)For racing, they are less than ideal. They increase un sprung and sprung mass. When racing, many times, it is fairly easy to break an arm. So you might think, well Ill get aluminum arms. But the thing about that, if the arm does not break, what will? because something likely will. A bulkhead instead maybe. This is just my method after years of being an RC enthusiast. If I decide to get an alu part. I would instead, start at the bulk head. Because after so many broken arms, you might break a bulkhead. Its more work to change a bulkhead that it is an arm. You are doing these repairs between rounds. The bulkhead can increase frontal traction as it adds weight to the front end. But it does not effect the suspension in any way. If you are breaking the spindle area or steering knuckle, you can get that, but you might end up breaking an arm instead.
I’ve got the hobbywing set up on mine with a 13 tooth pinion and even more aluminum that this buggy has. Using the stock transmitter set at 50% it still pulls the front wheels 1-2” off the ground on carpet. 75-100% setting on the transmitter it just flips backwards like a basher would lol. Pointlessly fast but still fun

My guy! Always on it! Excellent video! Super nice products!
It's incredible how small that motor and ESC are. The quarter really helps put it to scale.
And handles just like the mini B and 1/10 scales!
I ordered one right away and its a lot better than i thought it would be.
I got 2, stock and modified is my plan. The boys are racing them at my home track. 👍🏻
They should have made more! Hopefully a short course version is in the works.
Make the most of them folks, they'll be discontinued within 18 months
Not if they’re making money!!
Why?
@@tyruu3265 It's Horizon's MO.
it’s gonna need a 94/6 weight bias to keep the nose on the ground 🤣

Upgrades cost more than the car itself.

I thought aluminum arms ruins handling along with adding weight
