Rice ko itna mix krne ki zarurat nhi hoti pani dal kr 1,2 bar chalane se hi mix hojate hn itna chamach chalane se to toot jate hn rice well recipe is good and very different I'll definitely try soon
By looking at ur video my mom made besan ladoo and pani puri. Both were very tasty every procedure and ingredients were followed as you said but pani puri's puri became a bit like normal puri.
