- I decided to NOT film ANYTHING for TWO years so I can ONLY work on creating THE ULTIMATE CAMERA RIG.
And I have finally done it.
This rig has LITERALLY everything:
Monitors and transmitters galore!
32 bit root beer FLOAT!
Built in B CAM!
Wireless follow focus (sort of)!
6 or 7 different types of batteries!

So much for your previous post on being light and agile! As an audio mixer who find myself all alone in the room when two or more DP’s gather…I can appreciate this content!
My previous self from two weeks ago was ignorant. The new me is MAX to the MAX.
Personally, I prefer using 4 top handles. I find you get much better grip when you split up all of your fingers. Love your HDMI cable management; been trying to improve mine for YEARS. Who could have guessed, just use LESS CORDS!? Amazing stuff. Can't wait to build my GH5 out JUST like this.

and guess what? Now I know how the Dutch angle came to be ... Someone was trying to pull focus waist level!
It's the ONLY way to do it right, in my opinion.
Wouldn’t you rather have 3 v-mounts on the handheld rig, as well as a telescoping hair light shooting 7 feet ahead of your lens, all angler fish style, get that hair light behind your prey! Lol
