WW2 Pillboxes and Anti-Tank Gun Emplacements on the Blue Stop Line.

On this section of the WW2 Blue Stop line, we discover further evidence of the wartime preparations for the expected invasion of Nazi Germany in 1940. Pillboxes or Block Houses, Anti-Tank Obstacles and Gun Emplacements; these remaining relics are a stark reminder of the threat we faced from a well equipped and battle hardened German Army. Thankfully the "Battle Of Britain" saved us from having to put these defences to the ultimate test.
