    Love this. There’s a lot of myths about how weightlifting will injure you, but if done properly it’s great for bone density and keeping pain free.

    I think this is great, but I just wonder why the squats are so shallow,,if they can't reach proper depth, they should back off on the weight until they can reach good depth
