I remember using the L118 in 13 field Bty then in 25 Bty which then became 25/170 Imjin Bty under the 24 air mobile brigade before re-rolling to AS90. Awesome times.
@WarMachineTV-nr3jn I remember using them in 1995 firing in on Sariavo and living in gunpits for almost 6mths with the weather conditions going from +35c down to -30c. That was probably my favourite deployment in my 22yrs with 19RA.
Haha yes you’re quite right! FV432 entered service in the 60s then as you say they received the upgrade changing the official name to Bulldog…Still confuses me 😂
What a come down from armour to towed
Those 432s have done some miles. They were old when I was in 25 BTY in 1977. At last my old ferret has been retired!

Fantastic! Incredible how it’s gone full circle now and bty’s are re-rolling back to L118.

Beautiful trucks God bless you and protect you ❤
Was based in Germany early 80,s with 111 dragon bty.
Why are we still using the 432 Dagenham dustbins they where crap 30 years ago.
The Pinzgauers are in fact from 103 REGT RA(V)
Don’t think 19 Regt have any in their own markings yet so are ‘borrowing’ from fellow units?
Want to be ashamed our equipment is well behind the times now some of those vehicles wouldn’t make it half way down the m1 let alone a battlefield
where was this filmed please?
It looks like it was taken on Salisbury plain.
Salisbury Plain
