It was great to meet you Merrill. Thanks for helping me start my Deus II for the first time. I used my AT Max on the first hunt and the Deus the second. I found more on the second hunt. Looking forward to learning more with my new machine.
Thanks for your comment

Great job Merrill 👍🤓👍.
Thank you Lisa!
Great One Merrill !! Thanks for sharing, I have been using the Deus line for 13 years now, and never disappoints, especially when traveling with is light weight and great selection of programs for any place. And you are right, meeting great people is the real treasure. Cheers. W.
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks
Fantastic as always Merrill!
Thank you!

Can’t wait to meet you Merrill! I heard you’re coming to kadohah in Arkansas! I live close to there and will be there as well. I love xp deus machines! Me, my wife, and my kids all swing the deus 2!
Yes I am! Looking forward to meeting you and your family!
Thanks for your comment
We had a great time there, and meeting Merrill, Josh, Terry, and so many others. Vanessa is so glad you liked the Buc-ee's T-shirt, and snacks. Look forward to seeing you again at the Kadoha Treasure Fest 7 hunt. Vanessa may have some more Buc-ee's Nuggets if you need some. 😂 Oh, and thanks so much for the pinpointing lesson using the coil at the end of Hunt 2, and for letting me try out the Deus II. I'll probably have one for myself soon.
It was great to meet you Chuck and Vanessa!!!
Great job guys 👍
Thank you!
You need to come to the uk and enjoy great video
Oh my goodness! That would be a dream come true!!!
Merrill, waving the XP flag! Good job sir!!
Yessir!
Well done Merrill
Thank you!
That Go Terrain looks interesting, I’ll have to check it out. Trouble is, when we’re on a hot spot, last thing we want to do is stop and mark a target. 😂
Hey Gary! If you put the Deus 2 in Push mode, it will mark it automatically for you. ua-cam.com/video/sire45YbyDw/v-deo.html
Awesome video Merrill 💍🙏
Thank you!
Nice whistle 😊
LOL
Shotgun starts are the way.
Greetings from Poland.
Thanks
Hello!
I almost have enough for the Master WS6. I have 75 bucks of cleaned quarters on my counter and dimes are in the tumbler now. Thanks Merrill.
It was a chilly winter but worth it.
Thats how you do it! Pull it from the ground and reinvest!
We need a Deus Gary and Merril down under ! Hint hint 😮😊😊😊😊😊😊great work
Would LOVE that RussT!
Sweet trip. I hope you found some proper Texas BBQ on your stop.
Oh my goodness! Yes I did! Incredible!
Hey Merrill do you have a video on how to keep your detector clean?
I just use water and a hoes but the threads to the cables always seize up.
Im actually going to ask the team for that. I use mine so much, clean is a very temporary state! LOL
@@MetalDetectingNYC OK I hear you lol
Hi!
Is there any chance to get an update with some outstanding features?😊
It's spring already)
Merrill I bought a deus 2 ws6 master set up with an 11" coil , I'm having trouble with the coil charging. Is the light supposed to stay solid as it charges , mine is blinking and it's been on charge for 11 hours. Also what should the light do once the charging is complete ? Thanks in advance.
Light stays solid while charging and it blinks in a pattern when it is done.
@@MetalDetectingNYC thanks Merrill
Merryl could you poke the engineers, we need some true boneconduction headphones that are wireless and can use all the tones of the xp deus 2 :) keep up the great work!
XP is always reading comments and this is a good place to put requests. I am NOT an engineer but I would guess that the wired bone conduction headphones exist because of the scenario where you have the coil submerged and your head above water since it is a super fast radio signal being sent.
@@MetalDetectingNYC i have the current ones and these are very fragile plastic and can only produce square tones, no pwm and no high square sadly..
Cool beans
Thanks Matt!
Deus hunter in central Massachusetts
Happy to hear! I am hoping to attend the Massachusetts Bay Relic Recovery event in June. It is a traveling year for me!
Hello Sir
Please do a video on Magdrone -R4 and also Magarrow magnitomita.
Please say something with respect to there capabilities in mineral explorations for those of us doing mining in an industrial scale.
Thanks
So when are you coming up to the Northern California area to do some gold prospecting? The local GPAA chapter here in Sacramento has a few private claims and our club treasurer is an avid Dues 2 user.
I would love to someday Vance! Is there ever an event like this in Northern California?
@MetalDetectingNYC Sadly there is not. There used to be a big one in Nevada, but that has fallen.
@@vancejones7698 we will think of something!
👍 ATB 🦀
Thank you for watching!
Are all the pros named Terry??
There must be something to that! 😂
Right?
@@vetsdigbeeps and Joshua!
Are you going to be out in Washington state or Oregon?
Hi ScottyBob. Not yet but I would love to. Do you have any events to suggest?
@@MetalDetectingNYC Hey Merrill. My name is Scott. I’ll send you a list. There are many clubs up here with annual summer hunts and I’ve been to a few but not all so I’m not sure if I can recommend one over another. I’m sure you would like to see as many people as possible on your potential trip out here so I’ll kind of break it down the best I can.
I can tell you that the Oregon Trails and Treasure Society is out of Portland, OR and has an annual picnic and hunt in July at Rooster Rock state park. I was a member of this club for about 5 years or so and been to this event several times. It’s not the biggest event as the state park has an occupancy limit they must adhere to, however, I know a few members there follow your channel and many own the Deus and Deus 2 and would love to pick your brain.
The OTTS website is www.ottsclub.org. Go to the website, then go to the latest March newsletter. It has the details for the OTTS hunt as well as the Southeast Washington 36th annual 3 day hunt over in the Tri-Cities and the Northwest Washington 52nd annual 2 day hunt in Spokane Washington. I haven’t been to either of these before but I believe they are well attended.
Up in the Seattle area you want to check out the Cascade Metal detecting club. www.cascadetreasureclub.org. They have an annual silver shoot in Renton, Washington but the 2024 hunt has not yet been announced. I have been to this one the last 3 years as I also used to belong to the Pilchuck Metal Detecting Club in Everett, Washington (20 miles north of Seattle) and many of the members attend this hunt. Also, a few of the members from the Eastern Washington clubs and Portland club attend the Cascade one as well. The Portland people like to come up a couple days ahead of time and hit some of the popular parks.
Additionally, there are a few other clubs on the Oregon Coast, Tacoma Washington, Olympia Washington and Salem Oregon, but I think if you hit one of the events I listed above, you would be getting more bang for your buck.
Sorry for the book. If you do decide to come out, please let me or us know as I’m sure we can spread the word around. I know a few of the popular metal detecting shops like BlackJack metal detecting would also be happy to spread the word.
Look forward to more videos,
Scott
