You are guys are one of my favorite new channels I watch. Coincidentally I was literally looking at PS2 exclusive lists the last few days as I am only collecting exclusives on the PS2 and all the multi plats on the OG Xbox. Awesome video guys! Glad to see I have some of these games in my collection! I really need to dig into the PS2 library deeper at some point. Right now I am just so invested in the GameCube but definitely one day I will dig in! Cheers!

I love the intro and my favorite thing so far is the Beer introduction, Cause they are always so complex too explain and its hilarious I look forward to it everytime. Love catch phase at the end too. Thanks a ton man! We really appreciate your support and feedback. The intro has gotten more and more refined over the years as we've shot nearly 300 videos together :). Cheers!

Ghosts to Glory is much harder than Army of Zin, but nowhere near as difficult as GnG. So glad to hear you liked that beer, it was one of my favorites from this year. Such a unique taste. I really hope I still have one in the good ol beer cellar.
Time Splitters is awesome man. The controls take a minute to get the hang of again, just like when you toss in Golden Eye after a couple of years. But other than that it's great. Thanks again for the brew! It was a good one for sure. Cheers!
Many ps2 games come to mind: Ape Escape series started on PS1 but PS2 got some titles too. Horror survival such Haunting Ground, Echo night, Kuon. Good boys getting Maximo in there. Good boys. :-) The flavors of this beer sounds interesting--I like that toffee and vanilla note combo and the idea that it's more of a dessert stout--which are always fun to try--but that it's thinner which feels like I may be able to enjoy this more year round in that I generally enjoy heavier/darker beers in colder weather.
Oh yes! Epic games for sure. The PS2 is full of them. Definitely check our Red Star (We call it Brown Star). It's a badass game. And the beer was very enjoyable for sure. Hope you guys are having a great week. Cheers!
Nice list! But I feel like there's a few games you guys missed that are still exclusive to the playstation 2. Champions of Norrath and Champions Return to Arm never ported to any other system. They still play great and both have the ability to use the multitap for up to 4 player couch co-op. The first game goes for about $30 and the second is a bit harder to find it goes for about $60. Castlevania Lament of Innocence was Castlevania's first successful foray into the third dimension. It had a digital version on ps3, but the only place to get a physical copy is on the PS2. It still plays and looks great today. It wears its Devil May Cry influences on its sleeve, but also plays similar to God of War (though its pre - God of War) while still maintaining the feel and aesthetic of the original Castlevania series. You can find it for about $15. Then there are a couple games that had PC versions, but console wise were exclusive to the PS2. I'm thinking of No One Lives Forever and The Legacy of Kain : Soul Reaver 2. Both very different single player games. Soul Reaver 2 still stands out as one of the best written games of all time. No One Lives Forever like timesplitters had some of the people from goldeneye behind it, but has more modern controls and still plays great. You can pick up No One Lives Forever for $13 and Soul Reaver 2 for $25.

gaming off the grid one day on your youtube live stream can you play call of duty mw2 and hopefully i can get a sonytriniton on christmas and cheers to the ps2 and the youtube channel that got me in 2 vhs and that you gaming off the grid
@@GamingOffTheGrid yeah its basically the online feature but thru the system link menu so you can do team deathmatch search and destroy etc. You can pick the difficulty of all the cpus. Its alot of fun
Shaman King: Power of Spirit a cell shaded fighting, Duel Masters which plays like the Magic card game and here's the thing it was on the GameCube but only in Japan so it's exclusive on PlayStation 2 for the North America and PAL. And before the village start getting after Frankenstein, Persona 3 can be played on the PlayStation 3 digital only and I found it in a retro game shop for the PlayStation 2 so if you don't have a PlayStation 3 or Vita to play Persona 3 the PlayStation 2 disc is your best bet to play it. Hot Shots is still going as Everybody's Golf and you can pick up the PlayStation 4 game under 20 bucks and to sweeten the pot a little bit you can get to play as Kratos in Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds on the PlayStation 3
The light gun games absolutely rule 👍 Have you tried Gunfighter II: Revenge of Jesse James? It's another light gun game which I'm pretty sure is a PS2 exclusive.
I played it a couple times back in the day. My friend had it. We really want to get a copy but not at the price it's commanding these days :). Hopefully find one in the wild some day. Thanks for watching and cheers to the PS2!
It's pretty hard to argue against the ps2 having the best library of any system. I've been trying to pick up gradius 5 at a decent price for ages now. However I'm a PAL region hobo, so it's probably cheaper to mod a ps2 and buy the US version. Now I just have to go and find a breakfast beer.......
:)! A great one you may be able to get in your area is Founder's Breakfast Stout. It is the blue print for breakfast stouts.....but you better like stouts and oatmeal. And couldn't agree more. When we started the channel I would have never said this......but it's becoming the best console of all time. And it's hard to argue. Best of luck on getting Gradius V. You can get it online on the PS3 store btw. Cheers!
guitar hero 1 was available on xbox. i know it was bc, Rocks the 80s was a compilation of all the digital only downloads available only on the xbox version. thats right rocks the 80s is just the downloadable content from the xbox version.
If you are gonna count games that were available for arcade, or now has a downloadable format, but at their time they only had a ps2 edition for home console..then you need to get TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT, TEKKEN 4 and TEKKEN 5 ! Same with SOULCALIBUR III, is a ps2 exclusive. Shut your mouth is amazing, and the original WWE Smackdown Vs Raw is only exclusive still to the PS2. It has that John Cena entrance only available on the ps2.

@@GamingOffTheGrid yeah 2001-2008 are the best tiger games
Call of duty ghost has a mode with bots. I use to play that alot. It's fun solo. I bet it's even better co op
I think we have that on the PS3 if I remember correctly. Gonna have to check on that :)
@@GamingOffTheGrid yeah its basically the online feature but thru the system link menu so you can do team deathmatch search and destroy etc. You can pick the difficulty of all the cpus. Its alot of fun
Socom online waz dope how your gun would get hott when enemies were around 🔥😤🔥
Yes it was. Played SO much Socom 2. Loved that game. Cheers to the PS2!
Awesome info man! And playing gold as Kratos sounds badass!
The light gun games absolutely rule 👍
Have you tried Gunfighter II: Revenge of Jesse James? It's another light gun game which I'm pretty sure is a PS2 exclusive.
Never heard of it. Looks like another one we need to check out :). Cheers!
The red star is like a 10 dollar game in europe :O
You guys got it good over there damn it. Seems like your market stays more reasonable than ours does. Thanks for watching and cheers to the PS2!
Do original xbox exclusives and gamecube and xbox 360 games
:) Oh we will. In due time my friend. Cheers!
@@GamingOffTheGrid Thank you :) and cheers keep up the great work guys
You guys need to play God Hand
Cheers!
Cheers guys, I will have to search that one out. Thanks for the suggestion
Agh Socom 3, the best and worst year I ever had, I was very addicted
Ahhhh the late night of Socom and having to go to school the next morning! Good times. Cheers!
guitar hero 1 was available on xbox. i know it was bc, Rocks the 80s was a compilation of all the digital only downloads available only on the xbox version. thats right rocks the 80s is just the downloadable content from the xbox version.
Great info. Forgot that the first Smackdown vs Raw was exclusive. Love the Smackdown series. Cheers to the PS2!
Red star is awesome
Hell yes it is! Literally checks all of our boxes :)
Ace Combat 4 Ace Combat 5 Ace Combat Zero i Have. Holy Trinity Tier Nice Two Games
All those would be welcomed additions for sure :). Thanks a ton for watching. Cheers!
well looks like i got some games to get 😂😂😂
Dude Red Star has Mega Dan 29, Mr. NDR's name written all over it :)!
Do yall have any extra ps2 games ?
You forgot Twisted Metal Black...
We did. We have it too. We noticed after we edited this thing. We play that game quite a bit too so not sure how the hell we forgot it lol. Thanks a ton for watching. Cheers!
@@GamingOffTheGrid yea and good to know that you also played it. :)
Maybe you still have a Playstation 2 that is no longer in use, I can just miss the games because they also became part of my childhood, one of the best games ssx tricky
Plss.. give me 🙏 ps 2
We don't have a PS2 to spare. But you should be able to track one down on the cheap. Cheers!
Thanks
I feel like Robert would dominate at guitar hero just a feeling ;)
You are correct! He's a freak at that game. Rockband too. He can kill it on all instruments. It's pretty damn impressive.
Timesplitters is on the original xbox
You mean 'English Exclusive Titles', right?
Correct. We don't have a way to play imports at this time. Maybe some day we will explore imports further. Thanks a ton for watching. Cheers!
For smackdown here comes the pain wouldnt be awesome in the story If it gave you the option to do a 2nd player on tag matches
Ya that would be badass! A couple of the later Smackdown games have a tag career but only one player I think which is really dumb lol.
@@GamingOffTheGrid yeah because we two people in a tag match the guy not in can go beat the crap out of the other guy and they dont really fight back lol
Happiness!!!
Boom! Hope all is well man! The PS2 makes us very very happy :). Cheers!
armored core 2s controls absolutely suck.
They aren't great but once you get them down the game is fun. Always been into mech games for some reason. Any from this gen, the controls in most of those games were rough. Cheers!
